The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $4.00*

Who We Are Looking For

The Manager of Customer Support for One Call Now will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the customer support department for OCN. This individual will oversee planning and maintaining systems and procedures for operating efficiency while managing staff for optimum performance. A motivated and self-driving candidate is desired. The One Call Now support case volume requires constant queue management by the manager, proactively analyzing the queue to identify critical cases, and to re-direct tasks that belong to other functional groups working with the One Call Now platform (Account Management, Finance, Billing, Accounting, etc.)

What You Will Work On

  • Lead, hire, train, and coach a high-performing customer support team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Position Overview

The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) at Spotless Brands is the first point of contact for guests and plays a critical role in delivering a best-in-class customer experience. This position is ideal for sales- and service-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy connecting with people, and are passionate about helping customers choose services that best meet their needs. The Customer Service Advisor will engage directly with customers at car wash and/or lube center entry points such as at the kiosk to educate customers on available services, overcome objections, and drive membership and package sales.

Essential Functions (Other Duties as Assigned)
  • Greet every customer with enthusiasm and a warm, welcoming attitude at the point of entry (kiosk, tunnel entrance, or other customer touchpoints)
  • Identify customer needs through open-ended questions and active listening
  • Educate customers on available wash and detail packages, highlighting features, benefits, and value
  • Educate customers on available lube/ car preventative maintenance packages, highlighting features, benefits, and value (select lube center locations only)
  • Promote and sell memberships, including Fast Pass and Unlimited programs
  • Present and explain current promotions and incentives to encourage additional purchases
  • Assist customers with payment transactions at the kiosk and answer general inquiries
  • Overcome objections with professionalism and empathy to guide customers to the best solutions
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, and report any safety or maintenance concerns
  • Collaborate with site team members to ensure smooth and efficient site operations including all necessary duties- varies by business needs
  • Performs routine cleaning and maintenance tasks including but not limited to pit cleaning, vacuum bag/ station cleaning, tunnel upkeep, dumpster cleaning, and removal of debris, to ensure a safe, clean, and operational car wash environment
  • Performs duties as assigned, including operational and cleaning tasks that support site, shop, or store upkeep
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and site performance
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
  • Prior customer service or sale experience preferred, not required
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
  • Valid driver's license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities)

**General Summary**
As a Family Dollar Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. Key priorities include greeting customers, assisting them with selection of merchandise, completing transactions, and answering questions regarding the store and merchandise.
**Principle Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Provides customer engagement in positive and approachable manner.
- Assists in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience.
- Helps in the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transports merchandise from stockroom to sales floor.
- Independently stocks shelves and recovers merchandise in the store.

**Position Requirements:**

**Summary:**
This position is responsible for providing consultative account support for internal and external customers. Manages order fulfillment process, direct customer interface, credit account monitoring and problem solving of account order process. Include primary support of account management with product information and analysis of accelerated sales.
**Essential Duties:**
Responds promptly to customer accounts issues and concerns. Exercise complete resolution and executes resources to determine order specification. Interface with all levels of management on customer account issues to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution. Manages updates of products, responds to customer emails, resolves orders and delayed shipments. Develop and maintain knowledge of sales orders in NAV system and coordinates with IT when necessary. Classify sales orders to determine necessary status and shipping requirements in US and international. Provide distributor support and respond to common technical inquiries. Manages customer complaints, ensures receipt, resolution and effectively communicates to levels of management. Maintain and comply with pertinent EPA, FDA, and ISO requirements and standards for periodic audits. Recommends and proposes credit limits on customer accounts. Works with field sales to provide support on customer accounts. Prepare sales samples upon request. Utilize the company's operating business philosophies to their fullest extent: ITW Toolbox: 80/20, Inlining, MRD (Market Rate of Demand), MSF (Market Segment Focus), PLS (Product Line Simplification), USa (Understand, Simplify, act). Responsible for establishing and maintaining good communication and working relations with company staff and leadership. Foster, communicate, and exemplify the values of ITW; act with integrity and trust, operate with simplicity, treat everyone with respect, take shared risk. Interfaces with others in the organization to ensure customer deadlines are met. Manages daily review on web site emails and coordinates responses. Participate in sales projects as defined by manager. Will help to forecast CIL products and coordinates containers on reduction and optimization. Develop time saving opportunities and become proficient in NAV. Perform other duties as assigned.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
+ 3-5 years of customer service management experience including inside sales support in a manufacturing industry.
+ Experience with ISO and FDA a plus.
+ Experience/knowledge of international shipping a plus.
+ Experience with use of ERP systems a plus.
