**Job Functions** :
+ General customer service duties including, but not limited to, helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
+ Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
+ Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
+ Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
+ Additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
+ Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.

**The Opportunity**
Responsible for preparing the donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis processors.
You will report to the Assistant Center Manager.
**The Role**
+ Prepares the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
+ Monitor the donor and the pheresis process, responds to specific alarms or signals that may occur during the process.
+ Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
+ Maintain alertness and awareness to any reaction donor may have during or after the pheresis process and notifies appropriate staff.
+ Use Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) to record incidents that occur during the pheresis process, such as machine alerts and alarms, volume variances and donor adverse events.
+ Use PDA to link equipment and soft goods used in the pheresis process to the appropriate donor.
+ Alerts Group Leader or Supervisor of donor flow issues.
+ Ensure the accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
+ Understand the policies and procedures associated with hyper immune programs at the center if applicable.
+ Maintain clean efficient work environment, and ensures sufficient operating supplies and forms are available as needed. Follows all Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures. Promotes safety in all actions.
+ Maintain confidentiality of all personnel, donor and center information.
+ May be cross-trained in other areas to meet the needs of the business.
+ Bilingual skills may be required, at the discretion of the organization, to meet the needs of the business.
+ Perform job-related duties as assigned.

**Education**
High school diploma or equivalent required
**Experience**
+ Minimum of three (3) months' work experience, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Will perform basic math calculations

Job Description
**Position Purpose:**
Customer Service/Sales associates provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. These associates learn about products using our tools, and provide information to customers in order to sell an entire project. Associates in this position will learn how to greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments. Customer Service/Sales associates maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, and ensure it is clean, shop-able, and safe. Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards & unsafe conditions or reporting conditions to the Manager on Duty, and working safely as not to endanger themselves, co-workers, vendors, or customers. These associates work in cooperation with their Department Supervisor and other associates in their department as well as other departments. Specific store departments may include Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing and Tool Rental. **Responsibilities**
+ Maintains assigned clients' files, employee files, and all related paperwork
+ Provides direct training to field staff on client Care Plans
+ Monitors the performance assigned to field staff who provide and support patients with personal care to ensure quality service
+ Proactively communicates schedules and changes with clients, field staff, referral sources, team leads, managers, and the branch manager

**Minimum Qualifications**

**Physical/Travel Requirements**
+ Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
+ Must be able to sit, stand, walk, or squat
