What You'll Do:
- Greet and welcome clients in a calm and friendly manner
- Answer phones and schedule massage appointments
- Explain and sell our monthly Wellness Program using our proven sales process
- Process scheduling and payments using Mindbody software
- Address client feedback and turn concerns into positive experiences
- Support team members to ensure each day runs smoothly
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
- Strong spoken communication and a professional demeanor
- Ability to follow a structured sales process and meet membership goals
- Available during weekends and evenings
- Previous experience in retail or face-to-face sales (especially memberships or services)
- Customer service background in spa, salon, or hospitality
- Comfort using computers for scheduling and payment processing

- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the entire studio
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with coworkers and clients
- Be present for scheduled shifts and follow absence policies/procedures set in place by studio management
- Meet with studio management on a regular basis regarding individual needs
- Maintain professionalism throughout the entire studio including employee break room
- Present yourself professionally while following dress code and maintaining good hygiene throughout shift
- Participate in all trainings
- Must have extreme attention to detail
