The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. The Opportunity
As part of the US-Trust Solutions-Financial Markets & Real Estate-Manager-PE Valuations team you are expected to perform valuation analysis of financial instruments and structured products, and create independent financial models utilizing income or market approaches to estimate or assess the worth of a business and the securities within its capital structure. As a Manager you are expected to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for maintaining project success and upholding standards, enhancing your leadership style, and motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience
- One or more of the following credentials or certifications is required: CPA License in work office state; Levels 1 & 2 of the CFA exam; JD, PhD, MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance or Hospitality; State Licensed Appraiser, Member Appraisal Institute (MAI), or completion of requirements for CCIM designation; CHA; or Project Management Professional (PMP).
