**Position Overview:**
The SAS/SQL Applications Developer is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities within the Fraud and Loss Prevention domain of Operations Technology within Citi.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements

+ Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
+ Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**Qualifications:**
+ 6+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
+ Experience with SQL Development and/or SAS
+ Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications
+ Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
+ Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
+ Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
+ Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
+ Experience with Tableau is a plus

• Compliance & Audit Management - Lead SOC 2 Type II audits, ISO 27001 certification processes, and other regulatory compliance requirements. Ensure adherence to industry standards including NIST, Zero Trust, PCI DSS, and relevant data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
• Incident Response & Crisis Management - Develop and maintain comprehensive incident response plans, lead crisis communications during security events, and oversee post-incident analysis and remediation efforts.
• Security Architecture & Technology - Guide the selection, implementation, and management of security technologies including SIEM, endpoint detection and response (EDR), identity and access management (IAM), and cloud security solutions.
• Team Leadership & Development - Build and lead a high-performing cybersecurity team. Manage relationships with external security providers and consultants.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related technical field required. Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or relevant discipline preferred.

Experience:

• 12+ years of progressive experience in information security roles with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with cybersecurity technologies and frameworks
• Proven track record of leading SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other compliance audit processes
• Experience in technology companies, preferably in clean energy, SaaS, or IoT environments

Technical Expertise:

• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, SANS)
• Extensive experience with security technologies (SIEM, EDR, IAM, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention)
• Strong understanding of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevSecOps practices
• Experience with vulnerability management, penetration testing, and security assessments
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and their implementation

Certifications (Required):

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
At HCA Healthcare the safety of our patients and staff are our top priority. The Security Officer is responsible for enforcement, assistance, direction and follow up of security service utilizing tact, diplomacy and concern for customers and staff. What you will do in this role:
+ You will be responsible and accountable for ensuring service excellence for all internal and external customers and staff.
+ You will patrol and maintain order and safe working conditions throughout all assigned buildings and grounds
+ You must have the ability to reason and make decisions independently without direct supervision under a variety of conditions.
+ You will maintain a visually attractive appearance in personal hygiene and uniform.
+ You will take the initiative to reach out and assist the visitor, patient, etc. with genuine interest in their needs.
+ You will present a positive attitude in performing assignments and providing assistants.
+ You will use a considerate and comforting tone when assisting distraught customer, visitors and patients.
+ You must have the ability to diffuse and control situations involving anger, confusion and threatening conditions.
+ You must have the ability to remain calm and in control during verbal and physical threats from customers and others.
+ You will present a professional and helpful attitude while on the telephone
What qualifications you may need:
+ IAHSS - CHPA (within 6 months of hire)
+ A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider is required within 90 days of hire
+ Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
+ Current FL Driver's License with clear driving record
+ 1-3 years security experience, required
+ Hospital based security experience, preferred
+ Basic Healthcare Security Officer must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 21 years of age
+ 1+ Years Security Experience
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
