ABOUT THE ROLE:
The firm’s Real Estate Practice Group is seeking a mid-level associate (4-5 years of experience) to work primarily on leasing matters in their Downtown Los Angeles office. This attorney should have experience drafting a broad range of commercial real estate transactions with a focus in office, retail, and industrial leases. This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate looking to work on sophisticated matters with some of the state's distinguished real estate lawyers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-5 years of experience related to a broad range of commercial real estate transactions
- Experience with drafting commercial real estate transactions with a focus in office, retail, and industrial leases
- Experience with real estate acquisitions and dispositions, finance, title and survey review, and general transactional due diligence is a plus
- Experience with data center leasing is preferred, but not required
- Major law firm experience is preferred
- Excellent legal writing skills and academic credentials
- Active California Bar admission
- Detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
