  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, landowners, investors, government officials, and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and execute purchase agreements, development agreements, and other legal contracts.
  • Select and manage design teams, general contractors, and other consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and zoning requirements.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, economic conditions, and emerging opportunities in the real estate sector.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the development team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Real Estate or an MBA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in real estate development, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of the development process, including site selection, entitlements, financing, design, construction, and disposition.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial models and identify profitable investment opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in deal structuring.
  • Excellent understanding of zoning laws, land use regulations, and permitting processes.
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in real estate financial modeling software (e.g., Argus, Excel) and project management tools.
  • A robust network of industry contacts within the Cincinnati market and beyond.
