BAE Systems is hiring a Manager of Business Development and Capture Management to support our Combat Mission Systems (CMS) business. The Manager will serve as the Business Development Lead for all precision guided munitions and directed energy weapon systems. The role will drive pursuits and capture efforts for new and existing opportunities to mature and expand the portfolio.
+ This position can be based out of Falls Church, VA or Minneapolis, MN.
+ This role will be Hybrid where you will work onsite on average 3 days each week.
+ There will be up to 50% of travel.
Responsibilities:
+ Develop an intimate knowledge of the products that the business offers to relevant customers to include multiple variants of gun-based precision guided munitions and of directed energy weapon systems. Additional products could be added to this portfolio.
+ Grow the opportunity pipeline, to include existing as well as new customers, through diligent and timely identification and qualification of new business opportunities by leveraging technologies, customer intimacies, inter-company collaboration, and partnerships.
+ Develop strong relationships and work with product area leadership; advise them on leads and opportunities that might be pursued along with the resources and possible changes required to win new business.
+ Develop recommendations on the prioritization and resourcing of pursuits and capture efforts.
+ Support Program Directors in the development of orders forecasting during the Integrated Business Planning process.
+ Obtain marketing intelligence and competitive data pertaining to potential targeted pursuits and develop marketing strategies.
+ Maintain close customer relationships with all relevant customer stakeholders to understand their needs and to help shape their requirements.
+ Assess competitor capabilities aligned to specific customers in assigned market space.
+ Support capture efforts to include providing market, competitor, and customer intelligence, supporting color teams, supporting to price to win activities, and recommending resources to address gaps.
+ Support the creation and execution of multi-year business development strategies.
+ Inform Bid and Proposal, Internal Research and Development planning, as well as overhead budgets to include Sales and Marketing.
+ Provide written and verbal reports through recurring mechanisms on the status of leads, opportunities, and capture efforts.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Active Secret Security Clearance
+ Ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance
+ Ability to travel up to 50%
+ Bachelor's Degree and 12 years work experience or equivalent experience
+ Experience in Business Development, Capture Management, Strategy, or related
+ Experience in Defense / Government Contracting

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. Summary:
The Business Analyst Senior leads assigned projects for the Treasury Management Operations business segment and provides advanced specialized consultative support to other team members for assigned business process and/or system(s) that are typically more complex and of a larger impact to the company. Primary focus will be on aiding and developing operations metrics, establishing and supporting production routines, and identifying and implementing operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Developing and creating automation across different processes
+ Developing specialized ad hoc reporting
+ Maintaining existing databases and user-developed tools
+ Testing and implementing business process and/or system modifications
+ Researching and addressing issues
+ Acting as a liaison with IT, business partners and third-party vendors/contractors for special projects/initiatives
+ Aiding in process flow improvement ideas and implementation
+ Assisting with creation and delivery of user training for new and existing applications, products, and procedures
+ Adhering to bank policies and procedures
+ Complying with legal and regulatory requirements
+ Following and/or establishing effective controls and processes to ensure risks are measured, monitored and controlled
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelors Degree
+ 5 or more year's experience with Business Analysis, Financial Operations, Operational Management , Project Management and/or Report Writing.

Compensation Range:
$57,000-$113,000 Annual Salary
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. ?Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. ?In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
