Job Description
This role will work on leading therapeutic areas globally for one of FH's largest pharmaceutical clients (and one of FH's largest clients overall) and work with other leading health clients and brands as part of FH's growing health and life sciences practice. Responsibilities
+ Serve as a day-to-day client contact and manage work streams and teams on program implementation aimed at reaching diverse stakeholders such as patients, medical professionals, advocacy organizations, policy influencers, media, and client employees
+ Play a pivotal role in leading many of the day-to-day activities for the healthcare practice's account teams, including working with senior members of the team to help manage budgets and forecasts, oversee projects and clients, and contribute to new business proposals and opportunities.
+ Develop and edit compelling and high-quality client deliverables, including plans, research and analysis, media materials, website and social media content, client correspondence, and collateral.
+ Drive communications campaigns with healthcare and trade media; develop strong traditional and social media relationships as well as relationships with third-party influencers.
+ Provide team member management and development.
Qualifications
+ 8+ years of experience in healthcare communications, with a deep background developing and executing public relations and reputation programs, including product communications, content marketing, media relations and leader communications. Agency experience is a must and experience working in or with pharmaceutical companies is highly desired.
+ Demonstrated experience working directly with clients on day-to-day activities, working alongside and managing teams to execute plans effectively, and drafting and implementing strategic communications programs within budget.
+ Significant experience in product communications, specifically product data milestones, regulatory approvals and ad comms, as well as branded and non-branded category awareness and disease awareness related to product therapeutic areas.
+ Excellent creative writing skills, with experience translating complex science issues into consumer-friendly messages and materials, and the ability to develop and edit high-quality communications plans, position papers, fact sheets, news and online media materials, bylined articles, trend analysis summaries, leader correspondence, and plans and presentations.
+ Ability to engage with and counsel senior level decision-makers across the client's business and deliver connective insights to assist clients in driving alignment and execution of cross-company initiatives. Candidate should have experience building relationships and working with diverse stakeholders effectively.
+ Candidate should have strong understanding of the media environment and established media contacts in top-tier and healthcare trades with the ability to create media strategy and drive coverage. A demonstrated hands-on media approach is required.
+ Ability to develop relationships with third-party organizations, physicians and caregivers, and to attend external meetings and events representing the agency and client (e.g. medical conferences, third-party events, etc.)

**Overview**
The Vice President, Integrated Solutions Delivery (ISD) Projects, will lead the successful delivery critical Energy as a Service projects. This role is accountable for driving execution excellence-ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with performance targets, including measurable energy savings targets.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic executive to oversee the growth, development, day-to-day management, and overall optimization of Integrity’s lead related P&L. The goal for the VP, LeadCENTER will partner with all key stakeholders to grow revenue, EBIDTA and EBIDTA margin of the overall lead business. Key stakeholders include but are not limited to: Presidents of each distribution channel: Life, Health and Wealth, as well as Integrity’s leader of technology product development team, the lead marketing team, and the Chief Procurement Officer. This leader must have a deep understanding and successful track record in lead generation, lead nurturing and lead sales to agents and advisors helping them attract potential clients for Integrity’s client-focused insurance and investment solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the health and life insurance industry, the annuity industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in product management. You will be responsible for driving product vision, strategy, execution, and managing the product's P&L to meet business goals and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

P&L Management:
Own the product’s P&L, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded
Develop strategy to increase both lead sales and lead distribution
Manage budget, analyze financial performance to drive profitability
Identify revenue growth opportunities, develop and implement sales plan
Leadership & Collaboration:
Work closely with technology product development team to ensure product delivery enablement tools align with needs of the sales and distribution vision and strategy to meet and exceed the firms’ goals and the needs of the market
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales channel Presidents, marketing, business unit leadership) to ensure successful execution of distribution and sales strategy
Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships:
Engage with agents and agencies who purchase leads to understand their needs, gather feedback, and incorporate insights into product improvements
Develop and maintain strong relationships with all distribution partners (primarily Medicare and life agents, agencies, BGAs, FMOs and IMOs) to ensure effective sales and distribution
Product Knowledge and Market Trends
Possess a thorough understanding of how health and life producers utilize leads to sell the insurance products offered to customers
Must ensure all activities comply with all relevant regulatory requirements
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the insurance market
Ensure the product complies with all relevant regulations and standards
Your experience and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in lead sales, lead nurturing or lead generation within the insurance or financial services industry.
Proven experience in leading and managing a leads generation or lead sales organization.
Strong understanding of lead generation and sales processes, particularly in the insurance sector.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Must demonstrate effective communication skills and deliver presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in managing product P&L and achieving financial targets.
