Primary driving force behind the implementation and constant execution of safety procedures, ensuring wheel torque and oil/fluid services are performed per standard operating procedure directives.

Job Summary
The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) for PVA (Jiffy Lube), helps build loyalty and increase sales by allowing our guests to make informed decisions about their automotive services. The CSA is a Lube Technician that is also responsible for creating a positive guest experience, which they can achieve by acting as the customer liaison and main point of contact throughout their visit!
Job Responsibilities :
- Greet and escort guests from their vehicles as you review their requests.
- Inform guests of any promotions or products available with thorough understanding of the full range of Jiffy Lube products and services acquired through your training.
- Provide impartial recommendations or options that are tailored specifically to guest's needs based on manufacturer recommendations and technicians' findings.
- Communicate updates to the guest throughout the entire process as well as any special circumstances that impact overall satisfaction.
- Perform preventative maintenance such as oil and filter change, refill fluid levels, and inspecting and replacing lights, wiper blades, brakes, and tires.

+ Create repair orders in the business system according to mobile technicians and customer needs.
+ Review repair orders to ensure that work is completed and additional work and authorization is noted. Close repair order as appropriate and in a timely manner.
+ Maintain work in process repair orders until completion. Upon completion, contacts customer to receive payment.
+ Check on progress of repair throughout the day in coordination with the mobile technician. Contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explain cost and time requirements in detail, and get proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
+ Handle telephone inquiries regarding inbound work and work in process. Dispatch mobile technician to customer location for repair needs.

Education and/or Experience
