**Job Description**
**About the Team:** The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for providing shop floor and administrative support to the Logistics Department.
**What you can look forward to as a Supply Chain Coordinator:**
+ Responsible for the general oversight of all logistics equipment and hardware.
+ Participate in general projects as they relate / interface with other areas of the supply chain (i.e. customs, planning, etc.).
+ Work cross functionally with all plant functions.
+ Work with purchasing to procure plant equipment, hardware, etc.
+ Participate in continuous improvement programs and provide support to team efforts.
+ Provide general support across all or most functional areas of the logistics department.
+ Assist work teams in establishing lean manufacturing, 5S, and employee satisfaction as benchmarks for ZF North America.
+ Verify quality of work and documents adherence to standardized work.
**Your profile as a Supply Chain Coordinator:**
+ High School Diploma required (College Degree preferred).
+ Good Computer Skills; Proficient in Microsoft® Office & SAP.
+ Good Communication Skills.
+ Basic knowledge of transportation / freight management processes and procedures.
+ Experience in the Automotive Industry preferred.
+ Logistics / Warehouse Management experience preferred.
+ **Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.**

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Industrial Supply Chain Pipeline, from 1 to 6 months, is a development position after which time the pipeline will be placed in a Supply Chain team at one of our US manufacturing facilities.
The successful candidate will be placed at one of our US manufacturing facilities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Complete Michelin's Industrial Supply Chain Pipeline Training Program so that pipeline is prepared to successfully assume an Industrial Supply Chain position
Develop a knowledge of Michelin's supply chain including associated processes, systems, methodologies and organization
Develop practical knowledge of operational and tactical planning at Michelin and other associated industrial processes and systems
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering with Supply Chain focus or similar
Desire to be a leader in Michelin's Supply Chainorganization
Open to work at any of our U.S. manufacturing sites
Prior supply chain or manufacturing experience (internship or other)
Good technical and analytical skills

About the Team: Responsible for admin management within Tuscaloosa Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) Operation.
**What you can look forward to as a Customs Supply Chain Specialist:**
+ Coordinate compliance activities relative to FTZ Operations for the assigned trade lane.
+ Receive and coordinate audits to the FTZ by authorities.
+ Submit Importer Security Filings (ISF).
+ Process Zone Admissions (e214), Outbound in-bonds (CF7512), Inbound in-bonds (CF7512) and permits to transfer (ePTT).
+ Review Inventory and process adjustments as required.
+ Coordinate and close out 06/08 entry type submissions as appropriate.
+ Monitor FTZ system error messages and resolve as required. Monitor import product and ensure the company is operating within the scope of authority.
+ Day-to-day FTZ operations relative to production parts. Day-to-day FTZ operations relative to whole automobiles.
**Your profile as a Customs Supply Chain Specialist:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
+ 3+ years of experience with customs and/or supply chain-related projects (FTZ operations preferred).
+ Extensive background in tariff classification, as well as country of origin issues.
+ Knowledge of US Customs regulations.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - particularly Access and Excel.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
+ Experience working within customs management software (Integration Point preferred).
+ Proven ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel and management.
