**Key Responsibilities:**
**Shipping Duties:**
+ Pick, package, weigh, and label outbound shipments according to customer or job specifications.
+ Generate and maintain accurate shipping documentation including BOLs, packing slips, commercial invoices, and labels.
+ Coordinate and schedule freight pickups with UPS, FedEx, and other carriers.
+ Prepare skids, crates, and cartons as needed for safe transportation.
+ Transport finished goods from production to the shipping area.
+ Ensure packaging meets internal quality standards and customer requirements.

The objective of the Supply Chain Manager is to establish an efficient flow of materials and information, from product creation to shipment, to satisfy customer demand and meet operational and financial objectives. This position entails driving business transformation by implementing an effective pull process.

**Qualification Requirements**
**Educational/Training Requirement:?**

- Familiarity with defense aerospace industry & regulations
- Significant ERP System Experience (Oracle, SAP, Other), inclusive of shop floor control systems
- Knowledge of Manufacturing processes
- Sales & Operations Experience / knowledge
- Inventory / stockroom management experience
- Project Management experience
- Ability to verbally and accurately report production status to program team or factory team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Create presentation materials and give presentations to leadership team, production team, and customers
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to analyze, react, and train on exceptions in MRP, especially around Bills of Material, Material Planning, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and ECOs
- Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
