- Location: Gordonsville, VA
- Pay Rate: 16.50/hr
- THIRD SHIFT: 9PM-5:30AM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy in the number and type of items.
- Properly label cartons for system scanning.
- Select appropriate carton sizes for shipping.
- Utilize portable scanning devices and Pick-To-Voice systems for order confirmation.
- Record adjustments for short shipments on cartons.
- Conduct visual inspections of books prior to packing.
- Place books in cartons securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Perform cycle counts as directed to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Walk significant distances daily while picking orders.
- Maintain quality control reports to monitor picking accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions.
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
- Comfortable walking, standing, bending
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

+ Processing materiel stock requests for storeroom customers.
+ Verifies and inspects incoming supplies for discrepancies and visible damage.
+ Processes receiving receipts in the system and confirms put away process on all stock items.
+ In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
Position Compensation Range: $15.00 - $20.74 Hourly
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent
Experience: No experience required
Licensure: May require a valid Virginia Driver's License
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Job requires sitting/standing for prolonged periods. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull <20lbs. May be exposed to fumes, cold, and heat.
