We are seeking a highly skilled and self-sufficient Lead Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java and strong leadership-level experience in Angular development. This role is central to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Relationship Management Center application. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary developer responsible for designing and implementing new features independently, enhancing existing functionality, and supporting Document Management components within the Java ecosystem.

**Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications You Must Have:**
