**Responsibilities**
GovCIO is looking for a Full Stack Developer to sustain one of VA's legal case/matter and accreditation management systems. This role may include parts or all of the following: Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. May design graphical user interface (GUI) to meet the specific needs of users. Prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls. + Experience using Non-Relational and Relational databases like MySQL, SQL server, Oracle.
+ At least five years experience with .NET applications, ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC etc.
+ Experience with C# and Visual Studio
+ Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
+ Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
+ Must be able to design, discuss, and document system strategies for platform, applications, and networks.
