**Position Overview:** This senior-level career opportunity is responsible for the overall delivery process of a software application or service, including design, development, testing, deployment, production application support (e.g., troubleshooting), and maintenance with a focus on automation.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities:**

**Required Skills and Experience:**
+ Proven problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot, Kafka (event-driven programming), Cassandra, Kubernetes, and Azure cloud fundamentals.
+ Expertise in troubleshooting complex software problems and developing effective solutions.
+ Strong communication skills to clearly and effectively communicate complex technical details to various stakeholders.
+ Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and bring engineering standards to the team.
+ Typically requires 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
+ Preferred Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; Developer nanodegree; or equivalent experience.
