**Job Summary**
SHI is seeking a forward-thinking, experienced Software Architect to lead the ongoing architecture and evolution of our eCommerce platform. Inheriting a critical technology pillar for SHI, this role is ideal for architects with deep hands-on experience designing, scaling, and optimizing complex eCommerce systems. You will set architectural vision, drive technical excellence, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our eCommerce platform is robust, scalable, secure, and positioned for innovation.

**Role Description**
+ **Architect & Design:** Own the end-to-end architecture for SHI's eCommerce platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, security, and best-in-class customer experience.
+ **Technical Leadership:** Set and champion engineering standards, design patterns, and architectural best practices-elevating the bar for clean code, maintainability, and system resilience.

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $50,000 - 200,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. This role is part of an elite overlay consulting organization providing expert-level solution building and product knowledge to support Oracle Health's strategic engagements. As a Consulting Lead Software Developer, you will play a key role in solving complex challenges utilizing Oracle's APEX technology. This role will require that you obtain and maintain Federal Security clearance as a US-based citizen.
The ideal candidate will be energized and driven by solving problems in new and innovative ways. Candidates must be comfortable working in an ever-changing environment and have the ability to engage with stakeholders to identify minimal viable product for rapid delivery of new technology solutions.
Qualifications:

**Posted Pay Range**
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process.
