**Job Summary**
In this role you will manage, lead, mentor and build a talented software engineering team to deliver leading applications, best customer experience, flexible/scalable microservices integrations across all touch points.
Collaborate with various stakeholders from end-to-end in MUFG by working with technology to drive product implementations, system development, leveraging cutting-edge solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms

**Qualifications / Work experience**
+ 5+ years of enterprise application management, project execution of API using Java, microservices, IONIC, Angular, CSS, HTML, React, React Native, FireBase, batch processing.
+ 5+ years of experience leading teams in Agile environments and extensive knowledge
+ Experience in banking, financial service industry.
+ Solid experience leading and mentoring an engineer team with a wide range of skills mobile application front end, back end, APIs, QA, and DevOps
+ Extensive experience on-prem OpenShift infrastructure and major public cloud offerings and how to solution designs that are built around these technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and similar)
+ Experience leading technical iteration on the design, development, documentation, testing, and deployment of platform user interface features
+ 5 + years of experience in developing at all levels of the application stack (front end/UI, middleware services and back end/database) using Java and related frameworks (IONIC, Angular, React, CSS, HTML, Hibernate, Spring Boot, etc.)

The typical base pay range for this role is between $145K - $182K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
