Strategic Recruitment Planning Develop and execute annual recruitment strategies for undergraduate, graduate, and online programs in collaboration with university leadership. Analyze trends, monitor progress toward enrollment goals, and adjust strategies based on data and market shifts. Support marketing initiatives by identifying target audiences, optimizing messaging, and contributing to campaign development. International Admissions Coordination Serve as the primary admissions contact for international students and applicants. Manage all documentation related to international enrollment, including SEVIS records, I-20 issuance, and compliance with government regulations. Act as the Designated School Official (DSO), maintaining accurate student records and ensuring Coker's compliance with federal guidelines. Cross-Department Collaboration Partner with departments across campus, including Academic Affairs, Athletics, Financial Aid, and Student Services, to support a seamless admissions and onboarding experience. Participate in committees and working groups related to student success, retention, and campus-wide enrollment efforts. Technology & Process Management Support the use of the CRM (Salesforce) and related systems for tracking applicants and communications. Identify process improvements to streamline operations and improve the applicant experience. - Build, lead and manage a team of client recruiters on the day-to-day execution for all recruiting and sourcing assignments.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, nursing, healthcare administration or related field.
- Minimum of seven years of Human Resources high volume hiring experience focused on candidate sourcing and generation, including a minimum of three years of management experience.
- OR master's degree and minimum of five years of human resources high volume hiring experience focused on candidate sourcing and generation, including a minimum of three years of management experience.
- Healthcare talent acquisition expertise: leading high-volume clinical and/or specialized healthcare recruitment functions, with strong familiarity with corporate, lab, respiratory therapy, IT, imaging and additional Allied Health roles. Experience leading and directing an operation that has been responsible for a minimum of 15,000 hires per year.
- Strategic Thinking + Operational Execution: Proven success designing and executing enterprise-wide TA strategies, including workforce planning, pipeline development, and process optimization.
- Leadership & Coaching: A people-first leader who builds psychological safety, develops future-ready teams, and fosters a culture of accountability, trust, and inclusion. Experience mentoring recruiters and elevating team performance is essential.
- Data Fluency: Ability to interpret dashboards and KPIs to guide decisions, influence stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in recruiter performance and candidate experience.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
- Workday experience.
- Lean or continuous improvement experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.

- Act as backup support via phone, email and TEAMS for any recruiting, onboarding or ATS related questions and partner with the HRIS team as needed for next level support to see issues resolved to completion.
- Provide backup monitoring for Careers inbox and voicemail daily.
- Facilitate in-person onboarding (including I-9 verification) at the Store Support Center and communicate relevant information to new hires prior to their first day.
- Monitor and ensure all background checks for external candidates (of assigned positions) have been completed and partner with People Operations team for any discrepancies.
- Run weekly open position reporting (including time-to-fill) and communicate results with team leadership and assigned hiring managers.
- Collects & documents all needed approvals to open new corporate requisitions.
- Partners with TA Coordinator and IT Team to ensure all corporate new hire desk & equipment are prepared in advance of new hire's first day.
- Prepares and sends weekly guest list to receptionist.

What You Will Do: Coke Florida has an exciting opportunity available for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This exempt-level role will sit full time at our Tampa Headquarters location. As a key contributor to the Coke Florida Talent Team, you will be responsible for Full-Cycle Recruitment of high volume, hourly position roles within the Coke Florida organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing a high volume of applicant resumes up to 100+ per day.
- Phone screening candidates, a typical day may include 20-25 phone screens.
- Engaging with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and schedule on-site interviews.
