- Lead North America recruiting efforts and create a lasting, meaningful candidate experience; ensure well-organized program flow with internal business partners, while focusing on consistency and the successful onboarding of new hires.
- Lead and participate in full cycle talent acquisition practices including but not limited to sourcing, recruiting, and talent acquisition operations with a specific aim of increasing the number of high-quality direct hires.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the Culture and Engagement group to develop, implement and evaluate effective strategies and high-quality processes to attract and retain qualified candidates.

- Develop relationships with internal managers to better understand the business and future needs of each team.
- Actively maintain and grow knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition.
- Manage relationships and agreements with third party agencies while also working to limit their usage.
- Oversee talent acquisition budget and all vendor relationships.
- Manage candidate and employee immigration matters.
- Establish and maintain relationships with MSI's, colleges, universities, trade schools and other organizations to drive recruiting efforts which support our diverse talent needs and our corporate values.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 5-7 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- 3-5 years of management experience.
- Must have thorough knowledge of recruitment and interviewing techniques, including federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

GENERAL FUNCTION :
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with management to support various projects across multiple states. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist with talent review process to achieve business goals and results in creation of an internal bench of top talent. This position assists with facilitation of the employee lifecycle (i.e., preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding). This position will also assist with the HR e-filing administration. This position works closely with all levels of employees to assist with Human Resources-related matters with the goal of aligning HR best practices to business strategies This position, based in the Baltimore-area office, reports to the Human Resources Manager.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with all activities related to talent acquisition and employee lifecycle;
- Serves as a business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies;
- Conducts the talent acquisition process (i.e., posting, sourcing, resume reviewing/screening, phone screens, and applicant testing and assessment); researches and expands the recruitment sourcing (i.e., Internet, schools, etc.);
- Assists with conducting the interview and selection process for candidates;
- Completes hiring process within defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-start;
- Assists with developing effective marketing strategies to ensure efficient recruitment lifecyles;
- Assists with the dispositioning of all candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (Laceo);
- Processes new employees through the provision of new hire onboarding (i.e., completion of forms, review of company policies, practices and procedures, verifying I9s, and E-verify);
- Assists with quarterly audit of HR e-files to ensure completeness; performs follow-up on missing documentation;
- Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment;
- Stays current on issues in employment law related to Human Resources;
- Exhibits professionalism on a daily basis; and routinely deals with delicate and confidential information; and
- Assists with assigned projects and performs related duties as required.

Must possess excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational skills, and problem-solving skills. Our inspiration is continuous learning and engagement with the markets we serve, the talent we represent, and the teams we build. We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern. This role is a hybrid position and would come into the office - minimal 2 days a week.
Position Duties:
- Coordinate client/candidate interviews with candidates and send confirmation emails to candidates while copying Recruiter and Sales
- As required, facilitate interviews between eNGINE candidates and customers. Take diligent notes from interview and transcribe within internal CRM.
- Post Open Requisitions weekly/bi weekly via Social Media and job boards either under assigned Recruiter or to general inbox.
- Import all local Tech resumes that have been sent in via Social Media posts, job boards and other channels.
- While referencing an assigned requirement, source potential candidates and send to Recruiting team.
- Learn to provide initial candidate screenings with candidates that apply via phone conversations.
- Engage and communicate with eNGINE new employees policies, procedures and employee referral (eNVOY) notices to new hires to increase the referral network.
- Learn about and develop total compensation strategies that are competitive in the market.
- Understand and apply our eNGINE brand to create unique social media posts from scratch and other communications from scratch.
Position Requirements:
- Coursework completed towards a BS/ BA Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or related
- 6 months experience working in an office environment
- Previous experience working in either a Marketing, Sales, telephone outreach, strong Customer Service interaction environment preferred.
- Display high computer and internet savviness
