JOB SUMMARY

Support the Manager, Talent Acquisition with implementing talent strategies, processes, and initiatives to add talent to the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and drive the full-cycle recruiting process, overseeing job postings, reviewing applications and managing candidates from initial screenings and assessments through final offer negotiation.

  • Represents Gunton Corporation at university and college campuses; effectively executing on an internship and early talent hiring strategy.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Job Summary

This position is responsible for completing the recruiting process for new hires and internal promotions, demotions, and transfers. The position is required to ensure integrity and consistency in the Court's recruiting process which includes screening applications, completing pre-employment skills testing, interviewing, and documenting the process in a recruitment file for each open position. The position works closely with other Court departments to ensure qualified candidates are selected for the Court's open positions and that the process in accordance with fair labor practices.

+ Serving as a strategic advisor to Talent Acquisition and broader business partners on recruitment marketing campaign tactics and content.
+ Championing the candidate experience from first touchpoint to onboarding, ensuring all external recruiting content/communications are on-brand and high-quality, and partnering with CME and other creative teams on delivery as needed.
+ Analyzing and presenting key recruitment marketing metrics to inform new and ongoing campaigns, programs, content, and tactics, and provide business insights, i.e., monthly scorecard and quarterly business reviews.
+ Creating internal team communications that drive productivity and collaboration, and providing support for business-facing communications that demonstrate scope and impact of Recruiting.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, digital media, business, or a related field.
+ At least 1-2 years of hands-on recruitment marketing, employer brand, or digital experience.
+ Extraordinary storytelling skills including creative direction, copywriting, and editing.
+ Demonstrates the ability to craft compelling, emotional, and relevant messages.
+ Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills including the ability to establish relationships with internal and external partners, build cross-functional partnerships, and present to, interact with, and influence senior executives.
+ Proven organizational, project management, and prioritization skills with a high proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products and CRM technology.
+ High-energy self-starter who is intellectually curious and passionate about digital engagement experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Demonstrated experience leveraging data analytics to optimize channel performance, content strategies, and return on investment.
+ Proven ability to develop creative, innovative strategies across digital platforms-including websites, social media, targeted campaigns, email marketing, SEO, and events.
+ Background in a digital agency environment, with a strong understanding of fast-paced, client-focused project delivery.
+ Experience managing digital production projects such as video and photo shoots.
+ Familiarity with Avature or similar CRM platforms.
+ You are naturally curious, data-driven, and innovative. You approach challenges with creativity, collaborate effectively across teams, and build strong, positive relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in special projects in HR department.
- Maintain employee records, including data entry and maintenance of files.
- Prepare standard reports and presentation materials.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of human resources forms or documents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide full life cycle recruitment support including interview coordination, offer creation and tracking, and new employee onboarding.

• Support proposal and incumbent capture efforts to hire and onboard new employees - Coordinate reporting with recruiting leadership and reporting analytics.

• Prepare requisition, candidate, and new hire status updates for business unit meetings - Document and distribute meeting minutes for business unit meetings.

• Train incoming team members on systems, processes, polices, as well as ensuring access to relevant systems, distribution lists, etc. - Coordinate with compensation and compliance teams to ensure OFCCP, EEO, and relevant regulations are honored

• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

• Provide support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others.

• Support the design, development, and implementation of recruitment projects and programs, along with multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative.

• Attend and facilitate job fairs, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events.

• Coordinate and facilitate staffing agency portal maintenance with the managed service provider (MSP) for full time (FTE) hires and contingent staffing needs.

Minimum Requirements

- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a college degree in a related major including human resources, psychology, industrial-organizational development, communication, business administration, social work, or similar field.
- Must have completed 2 years of coursework.
- Ability to perform comfortably in a deadline-oriented work environment.
- Skilled in standard computer applications and platforms such as Outlook and MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities with superior attention to detail.
