**Position Summary:**
The Director of Global Executive Talent Acquisition is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the identification, engagement, and hiring of top-tier executive talent across the globe. This leader will oversee a high-performing team across three regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC), manage complex executive search engagements, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to shape the future leadership of the organization while navigating a complex organization. Equally important to the execution of best in class executive search, this leader will demonstrate exceptional people leadership skills, as they coach and develop a diverse team of Executive Talent Acquisition Consultants and Managers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Executive Search Leadership**
- Lead and execute full-cycle executive search for Eaton's senior most executive roles and other senior leadership roles globally.
- Develop and implement through a team of Executive Search Consultants, innovative sourcing strategies to attract world-class executive talent.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Executive leadership as we strategize and proactively plan for executive hiring demand.
- Partner with external search firms when appropriate, ensuring alignment with internal standards and values.
**Global Team Management**
- Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically dispersed team of executive recruiters, researchers and managers.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all regions.
- Align team goals with broader talent acquisition and organizational strategies while continuously improving processes.
- Leverage technology and fully optimize best practices across the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to achieve efficiencies and drive best in class results.
**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, including C-suite leadership.
- Facilitate strategic workforce planning discussions to anticipate future leadership needs and address critical pipelining needs accordingly.
- Provide market intelligence and talent insights to inform search strategies, hiring decisions and succession planning.
**Operational Excellence**
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure search effectiveness, candidate experience, and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with global hiring standards, data privacy regulations, and DEI commitments.
- Drive process improvements and leverage technology to enhance search efficiency and outcomes.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience leading high-performing teams, coaching for excellence, and building trusted relationships with team members and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success managing global executive search engagements and delivering results in complex, matrixed environments.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
- Skilled at using data and insights to drive decisions. Impeccable attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of global talent markets and executive hiring trends.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Maximus is currently hiring for a Sr Medical Services Recruiter to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team. This is a remote opportunity. The Sr Medical Services Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire provider/DX facility recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, offers, and compliance. The Sr Medical Services Recruiter would also be tasked with utilizing various sourcing methodologies to identify potential providers/facilities, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and conferences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire provider/DX facility recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, offers, and compliance.
- Utilize various sourcing methodologies to identify potential providers/facilities, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and conferences.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Ensure timely collection and submission of all required documents to the credentialing team, adhering to company compliance policies.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on provider recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Ensure all hiring decisions comply with employment laws and regulations.

- Partner with operational leaders to address workforce and provider recruitment challenges.
- Assist with training new provider/DX facility recruiters and cross-training of existing lower level recruiters.
