Our client, a premier recruitment consultancy based in **Milwaukee, Wisconsin, US**, is seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and enhance their talent sourcing and recruitment initiatives. This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent across various industries and functional areas for our client's diverse portfolio of businesses. You will be responsible for developing innovative recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This role requires a deep understanding of the talent market, advanced sourcing techniques, and a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the talent needs of our clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Source passive and active candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and professional databases.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide expert guidance.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Utilize recruitment marketing techniques to enhance employer branding and attract talent.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay abreast of current labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to share market intelligence and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of recruitment processes and tools.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or consultancy.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in challenging roles across diverse industries.
  • Expertise in using various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems - ATS).
  • Strong understanding of interviewing techniques and candidate assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a high degree of initiative.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with hybrid work arrangements and remote collaboration tools is beneficial.
