We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full recruitment lifecycle and build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs in the West Branch area. This role involves managing the Applicant Tracking System, sourcing candidates through diverse channels, and coordinating interviews and selection procedures. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by implementing effective recruiting strategies and fostering partnerships with educational institutions and employment agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the offer and onboarding stages.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract both active and passive job seekers.
- Create and post job requisitions on internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates with relevant experience to meet current and anticipated staffing needs.
- Establish and nurture relationships with high schools, colleges, and employment agencies to expand talent pools.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Administer personality assessments and verify references to ensure candidates meet job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules, travel arrangements, and relocation efforts for new hires as needed.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is strongly preferred; an Associate's degree or equivalent experience will be considered.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent recruitment, including high-volume and full-cycle recruiting.

$65,000-$82,000
Benefits:

Strong relationship management experience and closing skills
