Job Description
Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB), a California legal news service, seeks a freelance reporter in Sacramento to cover new and developing California legislation for an audience of practicing attorneys in the state. The reporter in this role will write 3-4 short news stories per week on this beat, and longer enterprise stories on a schedule to be developed with CEBs managing editor.
The successful candidate will have strong news reporting and writing skills, and will be able to pitch and execute compelling story ideas for a sophisticated legal audience.

Overview
The Cashier utilizes a POS register and accepts payment. Prepares and serves concession items to guests. Prepares and pours beverages and serves them to guests. Ensures quality of food presentation. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.50, plus tips.

Responsibilities
- Conduct the cash register sales by entering the orders and completing the transaction.

- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work space including but not limited to disposal of garbage & cleaning dishes.
- Serve beverages to guests including alcoholic beverages responsibly. Must check guest's ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify minimum age requirement for purchase of alcoholic beverages. Must be RBS Alcohol and food handler certified.
- Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
