Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Drive sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies and merchandising techniques.
- Manage store budgets, control inventory, and optimize operational costs.
- Lead, train, and motivate store management teams and staff to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times, resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, customer satisfaction, inventory turnover, and profitability.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance store appearance and product presentation.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations.
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive store traffic and sales.
- Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement solutions.
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and employee performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a multi-unit or senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving operational targets.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
