We are looking for a talented and self-motivated Photographer to join our creative team remotely. In this role, you will capture, edit, and deliver high-quality images that support our brand, products, and marketing campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative and marketing teams to bring visual concepts to life, even when working off-site.
Responsibilities:
• Capture high-quality photos for use on websites, social media, marketing materials, and other digital or print channels
• Plan and execute remote photoshoots, sometimes coordinating with local teams or talent
• Edit and retouch photos to ensure professional quality and consistency
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to understand project goals and deliver images that align with brand guidelines
• Organize, catalog, and deliver final photo assets in an efficient and timely manner
• Stay updated on industry trends and photography techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a photographer (portfolio required)
• Strong proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop)
• Solid understanding of composition, lighting, and color correction
• Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and meet deadlines remotely
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Access to professional photography equipment and a suitable workspace for shooting

Responsibilities
- Works with the HOS in development and growth for new and existing clients, including capabilities presentations, onboarding, and relationship building.
- Act as primary point of contact with clients, agency partners, and internal teams to plan and deliver photography projects
- Works directly with Internal and Client teams, including but not limited to; Creative, Photographers, Crew, and Account Management on the planning and execution of productions
- Negotiates and books production talent as needed
- Works with team members to coordinate all production needs and logistics
- Executes production workflows based on client needs, regardless of media channel, ensuring execution of creative to the brief
- Reviews, bids and manages scope of work throughout the life cycle of a job
- Ensures productions are delivered within budget and on-time
- Responsible for the financial health and reconciliation of jobs

- Overtime may be required to deliver on client projects and deadlines
- Travel may be required based on production needs
- 10+ years in Photo Producer Role, experience in studio and on location
- Strong knowledge of creative and production processes
- Bachelors' degree is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong presentation skills
- Strong Negotiation and Budget Management Skills

- Ability to think quickly and juggle multiple projects

+ Responsible for prepping merchandise
+ Responsible for styling merchandise on set according to pre-determined styling guides

The Studio Photographer photographs and provides high-resolution images for online and/or print media, serving both internal and external customers. The Studio Photographer provides expertise using products, props, models, locations, etc. to produce the best possible finished product on time, and on target from a marketing and creative perspective.
What you'll be doing:
+ Possess a deep understanding of all studio equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, software, etc.
+ Demonstrate a deep understanding of, and an expert ability to implement varying photography techniques through use of styling, lenses, lighting, props, models, and locations.
+ Maintain studio equipment and make recommendations for any needed repairs, upgrades and/or additions.
+ Collaborate with Art Directors to build and maintain an effective strategy through creative photography, including group photography, styling, props, models, lighting techniques, etc.
+ Organize and maintain studio to ensure cleanliness and order.

+ Strong Photo studio and equipment expertise, including product styling
