Responsibilities:

  • Multi-site project supervision managing 6 -10 teams
  • Staff, create schedule, and oversee all programs
  • Hire, train, and coach individuals while developing cohesive teams to achieve client objectives.
  • Travel to meet with client, and teams, which may vary based on needs and directives
  • Ensure execution of work to client expectations and within agreed upon budgets
  • Monitor and control costs for District including pay rates, travel costs, and in-store time

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years in retail management
  • Experience in Big Box Retail preferred
  • Project Scheduling and Phase Plan Capability experience
  • Leadership and decision-making ability
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and training skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

Job Summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections. This position will supervise work activities of housekeeping personnel to ensure clean, orderly and attractive guest rooms while ensuring quality service and guest satisfaction. He/she will assign duties, inspect work and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service.

The schedule for this position is generally 3:30pm - 12:00am, with varying days of the week. 

The rate for this position is $22.00/hour.

Education & Experience

  • Ensure records of daily assignments are completed, signed off and turned into the Housekeeping Office on time; report any discrepancies to Front Desk after closing the house.

  • Make recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
  • Handle items for "Lost and Found" according to the standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handles project bids and works closely with contractors throughout projects.
  • Assists in supervision of contracts keeping the Community General Manager/Community Manager current on all activities and project status.
  • Manages other Maintenance staff on day-to-day assignments and special projects.
  • Ensures community is presentable, inviting, and always adheres to the company’s curb appeal standards.
  • Ensures common area lawns are manicured appropriately. Regularly treats for weeds, rakes leaves, plants flowers/shrubs, trims shrubs and hedges, and performs other lawn care services as necessary.
  • Ensures trash/debris is picked up daily from common areas and streets.
  • Empties trash containers in common areas as needed.
  • Completes minor repairs to rental homes and facilities as needed.
  • Cleans building facilities such as clubhouse, community offices, restrooms, and maintenance barn.
  • Maintains vacant sites, including strap-downs and removal of trash and debris.
  • Completes checklists of physical condition of community or individual sites prior to and after resident occupancy.
  • Assists with oversight of service contractors.
  • Inspects playground area and equipment, pool/spa area, and other recreational amenities to ensure proper operation, where applicable.
  • Removes snow from community streets, parking lots, building entrances and other areas, where applicable.
  • Performs water testing and other maintenance duties related to a well-water system, sewer system, or on-site water meters, if applicable. May include reading, repairing, and installing water meters.
  • Maintains community pool(s), tests chemical levels, and adjusts appropriately, where applicable.
  • Follows safety procedures while performing duties, including safely operating vehicles when moving from site to site and picking up supplies.
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.


Qualifications .

  • A minimum 1-year Supervisor experience.
  • A High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years with grounds and maintenance experience.
  • A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and automobile insurance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and broad experience in general maintenance techniques and repair work.
  • Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work.
  • General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and grounds maintenance.
  • Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment and commercial machinery.
  • Ability to provide legible written reports.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as on a team.
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly with email and internet.
  • Availability to respond to community needs during non-business hours (may be required to be on-call).


Working Conditions

The Maintenance Supervisor works primarily outdoors, is exposed to seasonal temperatures, and operates hand tools, power equipment and machinery. The Maintenance Supervisor may also work in an office environment and use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Summary

Plans, organizes and supervises Environmental Services activities. Enforces policies and procedures of the Environmental Services Department (EVS), trains, and coaches and directs all supervisory and line team members.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedule personnel according to forecasted occupancy.

  • Checks and reports all soiled drapes, carpets, furniture and other special Environmental Services cleaning needs to the EVS Manager.
  • Daily Inspections
  • Job Tasks must be finished in a timely manner according to department standards.
  • Ability to speak local language as well as read and write English.
  •  Must be able to deliver one on one’s, written and recognition coaching’s to team members.
  •  Must be able to complete team member evaluations and deliver to the team member once approved by the manager and human resources.

  • General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus.

The national pay range for this role is $67,800 to $105,800 annually. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Fencing Installer to join our team in Saint Charles, MO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing outdoor fencing and possess leadership skills to oversee installation projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage fencing installation projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure all installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Train and supervise junior installers and crew members.
  • Coordinate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements.
  • Maintain and manage company vehicle and trailer, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Job Description

As a Table Games Floor Supervisor, you are responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external guest.  In this position, you are also responsible for monitoring and controlling an area of a pit consisting of one or more games to assure the delivery of customer service according Ameristar St. Charles standards, while maintaining the integrity of the games. 

Qualifications

  • Sound knowledge of casino games.
  • Knowledgeable of applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Fully Competent in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem solving, mediation, coaching, and consulting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must have excellent business communication skills and strong time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand a minimum of eight (8) hours.
