**Position Summary**
The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term role that prepares an employee to perform a higher-level supervisory role, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The Shift Supervisor Trainee performs work as directed in order to prepare for future supervisory responsibilities, completes basic operations and management skills training, and also learns about key aspects of the business (e.g., building customer loyalty through exceptional service) and CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, Shift Supervisor Trainees are eligible to be considered for promotion to open Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor positions. These key leadership roles support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service. When there is no manager onsite, the Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures that store operations run smoothly, and is responsible for ensuring the completion of all opening and closing procedures.
Essential Functions:
1. Management
+ Work effectively with store management and store crews
+ Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities
+ Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews2. Customer Service
+ Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
+ Promote CVS customer service culture. (Greet, offer help, and thank)
+ Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers
+ Maintain customer/patient confidentiality
+ **Required Qualifications** Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills. Advanced communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed. **Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience in retail **Education** High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$16.24 - $26.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

You'll be joining Wabtec Bus Solutions, a team driving innovation in Transit Bus & Rail systems, including passenger door systems, wheelchair lifts & ramps, e-Bus charging systems, driver's protective barriers, and more. We blend technical expertise with deep product knowledge to deliver high-impact solutions for our customers and communities.
**How will you make a difference?**
As a member of the Wabtec Bus Solutions division, you'll lead a mechanical engineering team focused on a mix of door systems, wheelchair lifts/ramps, windows, driver's barriers, charging products, and other bus-related product lines. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll manage product design and development, ensure compliance with standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative mechanical and electro-mechanical solutions.
**What do we want to know about you?**
You may be a good fit if you have:
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited);
+ Master's degree and/or MBA is a plus
+ 10+ years of relevant experience & 3+ years in leadership
+ Proven leadership including project management, team mentoring, and prioritization
+ Experience with development of mechanical based systems in transportation
+ Strong knowledge of mechanical design of systems and components including engineering & manufacturing principles, practices, and procedures
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to drive change and innovation
+ Working knowledge in DFMEA, RCA, APQP/NPD Stage Gate, PPAP, Lean Six Sigma
+ Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar

As a Vice President Supervisory Manager in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will be responsible for managing complex, high risk escalations from end-to-end and outreach to the field and executive level stakeholders. You will ensure effective resolution of e-communication and transaction-related inquiries, manage trade correction reviews and approvals, and review and approve all incoming and outgoing correspondence across multiple lines of business.

  • Strategically partner with Supervisory Managers or registered personnel in the field to resolve exceptions
  • Assume responsibility for reviewing specific work items that have been escalated internally by employees at various levels.
  • Conduct training of newly hired team members and responsible for additional tasks as assigned by Central Supervision Management
  • Identify process improvements and help drive change
  • Responsible for influencing, clearly articulating, and aligning stakeholders to final resolution.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills
  • Has a deep understanding and experience of advisory services and a multitude of products and complex client accounts. Also possesses Working knowledge of the US financial regulation framework including applicable FINRA rules. Additionally, has a knowledge and understanding of risk management.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound, risk-based decisions based on firm policy
  • Demonstrates strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills that leads to the ability to analyze trends and patterns; identify and implements improvements or enhancements
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple levels of supervision with strong interpersonal, verbal, & written communication skills while strong organization skills & attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic team environment that is consistently evolving
    Strong time management skills in order to meet service level agreements and/or project deadlines
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 7 and one or more of the following licenses are required to be considered for the role: FINRA Series 66 (63,65), 9/10 (4,24,53) FINRA Series 7, 66 (63,65), 9/10 (4,24,53), all licenses are required to perform all job duties associated with the role. If any of the licenses not already held, they must be obtained within 120 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment.
  • 7+ years in the securities and investment industry

  • Retail brokerage and/or annuity experience strongly preferred
