**Responsibilities**
As the Workday Solution Owner:
+ You will provide strategic guidance, planning and best practices to executive leaders to make investment decisions that align with the long-term vision of the organization.
+ You will "bridge the gap" between defining the business needs of the non-technical end users and convey the business needs to the technical resources providing the Workday technical solutions.
+ You will work between the client site staff and their leadership and the Oracle Health leadership and our technical developers providing the technical workflows and solutions.
+ You will act in a project leadership capacity making sure we are meeting our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and delivering our solutions on time and on budget.
+ You will make sure that the Workday helpdesk is providing timely ticketing solutions according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
+ You will be the resource for managing and resolving Workday related escalations.
+ You will hold a monthly meeting with C-level executives (CFO, HRVP, CIO) on both the client site and Oracle Health leadership to review high-level challenges, health of the Workday initiatives, escalation results, and review metrics and how we are achieving these metrics.
+ You will be responsible for defining the Workday strategic vision and roadmap to continuously improve a broad and diverse suite of technologies, solutions, and services.
+ You will research key business performance indicators and industry trends to proactively propose solutions that are aligned to business objectives, current and emerging business needs.
+ You will create Workday broad architecture standards, policies and procedures as well as provide architectural leadership, guidance, and support for the broader architecture community across the organization.
+ Your responsibilities will include generating project basis of estimates for performance, scalability, sustainability, and maintainability, while also managing the overall Workday architectural roadmap, including prioritizing workflows.
+ You will enable business and IT leaders to make process, data and technology investment decisions that balance and prioritize current operational demands and opportunities with the long-term strategic vision of the enterprise.
+ Finally, you will also maintain accountability throughout the Workday lifecycle architecture, from recommendations to implementation and realization of value. **Basic Qualifications:**
+ At least 7 - 10+ years of Workday experience including but not limited to full-lifecycle design and implementation experience.
+ 3+ years of Workday Solution Architect, or Workday Project Leader, or Workday Solution owner experience.
+ Experience in Workday Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Payroll preferred.
+ Experience in Workday HR / HRIS a plus.
+ Project Management Certification a plus.
+ ITIL Foundations/ Service Management - AXELOS, preferred.
**Expectations**
+ Relocation to Farmington, NM to work on client site preferred.

Industrial Solutions Business (IS) is seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager for its Liveo® (Healthcare) segment. This position will report to the Integrated Operations Leader Industrial Solutions and is responsible for leading and managing all activities of the Healthcare global supply chains. The successful candidate will be accountable for providing the required leadership and oversight to effectively execute the Liveo® supply chain strategy in support of the global business objectives. Primary manufacturing sites are in Hemlock, Michigan, Cooper River, South Carolina and a building network of contract manufacturers globally to support its supply strategies and stringent customer requirements.
Supply Chain Managers are responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of the global supply chain resources and activities with respect to service, cost, and investment, and for developing and executing appropriate strategies and tactics to ensure performance targets are achieved. This role will coordinate supply chain improvement activities in all aspects of the Source-Plan-Make-Deliver-Return space for Liveo® supply chain activities, with a lean on driving standardization, simplification, and speed across the global supply chain. Supply Chain Managers are expected to work collaboratively with appropriate business and manufacturing leadership to ensure Make effectiveness, efficiency, and costs are appropriately considered as part of planning and executing the end-to-end supply chain strategy. This role is ultimately accountable for providing leadership to ensure global customer needs are met, and that the supply chain resources support the execution of the overall global supply chain plans and strategies. The Supply Chain Manager also works with purchasing to insure a balance of inventory, supply, and cost of raw materials.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develops, integrates, and executes the supply chain strategy and plan in support of the business and functional strategies/COTs, and meets customer needs through integrated processes, systems and use of technology while balancing inventory, service levels and overall costs to serve.
- Establishes the supply chain performance targets and evaluates actual performance in support of business and functional strategies.
- Balances the risks associated with the supply chain and current plans, and the options and contingencies to mitigate them, using tools such as RCCP scenario planning.
- Represents the supply chain capabilities for the short (0 3 months), mid (3 18 months) and long-term (5-year plan) horizons.
- Identifies the appropriate models necessary for supply chain optimization and recommends actions to the Business team.
- Leads and empowers the global Supply Chain team for success. Manages the activities, performance, development, and capabilities of the Supply Chain Professionals needed to support the supply chain and associated activities.
- Optimizes total delivered cost by balancing the impact of the manufacturing location on sourcing, logistics, and manufacturing costs. Works with sourcing and logistics organizations to provide forecasts and key cost optimization opportunities.
- Performs select, required SOX controls and establishes remediation plans for any controls that are not effective.
- Forecasts, analyzes, and develops improvement plans for Fixed and Variable Finished Product Distribution Expense (FPDE) and Financial Inventory Days Supply (IDS) and Non-Productive Inventory (NPI) through the Inventory Quality Ratio (IQR process). Provides such guidance into the monthly consensus Outlook (cOL) process chaired by the Finance Manager. Reports End to End Supply Chain metrics.
- Leads integration and cross functional communication of the supply chain plans. Key interfaces include Integrated Operations Leader, Business Leadership, Sourcing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales & Marketing/Demand, Customer Service, etc.
- Defines, prioritizes, and manages Lean/Six Sigma project activities in pursuit of supply chain improvement.
- Builds and ensures capability and leveragability in supply chain processes and best practices and their execution across all businesses and functions globally.
- Manages raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods distribution and inventory plans.
- With the Demand Manager, Product Line Managers, Commercial leaders, and Customer Service leaders, defines and communicates order acceptance and handling policies that balance customer requirements with supply chain capabilities.
- Works as an integral leader in the IBP process. Participates in the monthly Product and Demand steps. Sponsors and participates in the monthly Supply Reviews and chairs the MBR process with the Business leader.
- Develops and maintains policies and procedures for safety stock, lead time, MTO / ATO / MTS strategies, consignment stock, schedule changes and appropriate approvals.
- Meets customer delivery requirements within policies / procedures and compliance with regulatory and export control.
- Owns the integrity of data in applicable systems.
- BS/BA Supply Chain, business, or technical field is required.

Supply Chain Management
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product delivery.

- Ensure SIOP data inputs and reviews include production requirements, budget considerations, inventory impacts, new product timelines, and relevant KPIs.
- Regularly review and analyze forecasted demand versus actual demand to understand changes and trends, and implement mitigation actions to avoid stockouts or excessive stock builds
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure appropriate planning modes (MTO, MTF) and set safety stock levels for final production and work-in-progress (WIP), incorporating a routine review process.
- Continuously adjust the SIOP process as needed to accommodate business changes and improve the overall process based on feedback.
- Maintain SAP to ensure the data is up-to-date, track progress updates, and review setups for efficiency improvements. This includes management of Production Hierarchy and Bills of Material (BOMs). Ensure that operational material masters, BOMs, product routings, work centers, lead times, and batch sizes are accurately created and maintained in SAP.
- Identify and drive projects within SAP to optimize supply chain processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Develop and implement network planning and inventory management processes across multiple external warehouses and customer consignment locations while considering the lowest possible landed cost. Plan for future network and regional warehouse space requirements using inventory and sales forecast projections.

We are looking for a seasoned Supply Chain Manager with substantial manufacturing experience and a proven track record in overseeing and managing production flow. The ideal candidate will have expertise in integrating and optimizing every stage of the product lifecycle. Essential Experience
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Significant experience (7+ years) in managing and delivering supply chain functions, including SIOP, network warehousing, consignment arrangements, inventory management and coordination with procurement function.
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing personnel.
- Proven experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the chemical industry.
- Extensive experience with Material Requirement Planning (MRP), ideally using SAP for production planning and inventory management. Fluency and proficiency in practical application of MRP logic, scheduling logic, order policies, capacity planning, input/output control, product structures, routing and standard maintenance.
- Demonstrate financial understanding of materials and supply chain performance.

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) sets enterprise strategies and manages programs to mitigate environmental, social and governance-related risks across the business, and identify opportunities, in collaboration with others across the company. ESG supports enterprise goalsetting by tracking and reporting on progress against the enterprise ESG strategy and goals. ESG manages stakeholder engagement, which includes employees, customers, investors, and others, as it relates to ESG topics.
**_Job Summary_**
The leader in this role is responsible for developing and leading strategies to strengthen Cardinal Health's supply chain and to ensure Cardinal Health remains compliant with growing legislation worldwide. This role leads a high-performing team focused on identifying and mitigating environmental, social and governance (ESG) risks across the global supply chain, advancing ESG program maturity, preparing the company for compliance with regulations, and driving supplier engagement to meet our science-based climate target. The Director will work closely with senior leaders across sourcing, legal, regulatory, global trade, and manufacturing operations to ensure ESG considerations are embedded in sourcing decision-making and risk management. This role also plays a key part in shaping ESG communications and stakeholder engagement strategies to enhance internal alignment and external reputation.
This position works collaboratively across the enterprise and with suppliers across the world and requires an experienced and detail-oriented leader who can function independently with diverse stakeholders and manage through influence across levels and functions. This position requires an individual who has experience building and supporting strategies in a matrixed business environment and who operates with a consistent awareness of deadlines and results.
This position manages two direct reports.
**_Responsbilities_**
**Supplier engagement, due diligence and data**
+ Lead the team in risk-based supplier due diligence and improvement through inherent risk assessment, new supplier screening surveys, EcoVadis scorecard requests, on-site ESG audits, corrective actions to address findings, and targeted online training to improve supplier performance
+ Develop and lead the supplier environmental engagement strategy which aims to engage 75% of suppliers, by spend, to adopt climate targets aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). Engagement includes supplier relationship building, information collection, training, and identifying opportunities for partnership
+ Oversee the ongoing development and maintenance of supplier risk and performance data and dashboards to prioritize areas of focus and inform internal stakeholders
+ Prepare audit-ready data required for Cardinal Health's external reporting, including the annual ESG Report, Global Reporting Index (GRI), and Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Index
**Strategic Stakeholder Engagement**
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with senior cross-functional leaders, and deliver strategic messaging to leadership across the company to increase visibility and buy-in
+ Lead the cross-functional working group that is focused on identifying and mitigating ESG-related adverse events in the supply chain to strengthen supplier performance and reduce risk of supply chain disruption
+ Prepare and deliver reports to executive leadership to inform them of emerging risks, and response to new legislation
+ Lead the team in reinforcing and advancing their position as trusted advisors for multiple business units
**Advance Program Maturity**
+ Advance the program by expanding the scope of due diligence, improving platform integration and data management, advancing supply chain mapping, expanding audits, creating supplier grievance mechanisms, and improving supplier/stakeholder training
+ Engage internal and external stakeholders to gain new insights to meet the changing landscape of legislation and global strategies, monitor emerging risks, and share best practices
+ Engage cross-industry peers in the Responsible Glove Alliance (RGA), which Cardinal Health is a founding member of; participate in conferences and industry collaboratives; and collaborate across the industry to improve leverage to remediate risks
**ESG Communications**
+ Collaborate with the cross-functional ESG Working Group to develop and execute a comprehensive ESG communications strategy
+ Identify and deploy communication tactics to upskill key business partners on environmental and social risks in the supply chain
+ Ensure the team contributes to strengthening general ESG awareness internally and enhancing external positioning to improve brand reputation
**Regulatory Monitoring & Response**
+ Monitor global ESG regulatory developments and assess their impact on supply chain operations and corporate obligations
+ Lead internal activities needed to comply with U.S. Conflict Minerals regulation, UK Modern Slavery Act, Canada Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act, and Switzerland Ordinance on Due Diligence and Transparency in relation to Minerals and Metals from Conflict-Affected Areas and Child Labour (Article 964), and prepare required filings
+ Support Cardinal Health in preparing to comply with coming regulations, including the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), EU Battery Regulation (EUBR), EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and the EU Forced Labor Regulation (FLR)
+ Partner with government relations, legal, and regulatory to create strategies for timely and effective responses to new country-specific ESG regulations
**Team Leadership & Development**
+ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ESG professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
+ Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional growth aligned with organizational priorities

**_Qualifications_**
+ Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain, Risk Management, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
+ 12+ years of experience, preferred, with deep experience in ESG, sustainability, sourcing, supply chain or risk management, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity preferred
+ Familiarity with global supply chain operations and third-party risk management
+ Strong knowledge of responsible sourcing / ethical trade, ESG frameworks, supplier engagement platforms, ESG data platforms, and regulatory trends
+ Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership
+ Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills
