We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our upstream and downstream supply chain processes, enhancing supplier relationships, and ensuring efficient inventory management. What will you do?
- Manage the upstream supply chain to ensure both optimal customer service levels and optimal inventory performance.
- Work with suppliers to improve the flexibility and the responsiveness of the upstream supply chain. Manage Supplier performance.
- Optimize internal supply chain strategies to minimize logistic costs and align with internal Material delivery process principles.
- Manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure the fulfillment of customer orders in accordance with the Commercial Logistics Offer. Work with manufacturing to ensure that there are sufficient resources to fulfill customer demand.
- Ensure monthly updates of material master parameters and replenishment strategies such as RLT, MOQ, stocking policy max stock, etc.
- Design and implement the upstream and downstream flows.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, execute cycle counting actions; ensure parts storage safely and properly.
- Manage a team of Warehouse staff to achieve company objectives.
- Implement Lean Warehouse Architecture practices for all material storage in the facility.
- Animate the Master Production Plan by analyzing needs and achievements and aligning to SIOP strategy.
- Set and release the vendor forecast and manage the gap between forecast and real supply demand.
What qualifications will make you successful in this position?
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics or related discipline required.
- 5+ years supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Kinaxis hands-on experience preferred.
- Lean manufacturing experience.
- Experience with Data Management Software.

Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Contracts, this role is a strategic partner within the Avionics Supply Chain organization. The successful candidate will lead a team of contracts professionals, coordinate with business partners on supply chain contract matters, and manage a complex portfolio of supplier contracts. She or he will communicate with Avionics supply chain leadership to develop, implement, and achieve short- and long-term business objectives.
What YOU Will Do:

Leads a team of contracts professionals and provides guidance to team members daily

Drafts, generates, negotiates, interprets, and manages complex contract documents, in accordance with internal and external customer schedules and requests, to ensure these documents properly reflect business objectives.

Reviews work product of direct reports prior to submission to leadership

Performs analysis and prepares reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters, including government procurement and cost control guidelines.

Manages medium-sized projects.

Reviews contractual terms and conditions for their acceptability, as well as assessing the risk and impact. Analyzes contracts to ensure compliance to company policies, government and commercial specifications and other requirements.

Uses legal resources and other subject matter experts to ensure all levels of risk are recognized and subsequently addressed through development of unique contract terms and conditions.

Briefs Management and other functional areas on contract status, risk mitigation and contingency plans based on developed recommendations.
