**_What Supply Chain Product Management contributes to Cardinal Health_**
Supply Chain Product Management is responsible for identifying, recommending, designing and implementing new solutions for the Supply Chain organization including new technology features, practices, processes, metrics or models. As an Advisor, Product Manager on the Supply Chain Product Management team, you will play a key role in supporting efforts to enable end to end supply chain visibility for planning, modeling, execution, and transparency. Working with the Transportation Shipment Visibility and Tracking Product Manager, your focus will be on building a holistic transportation shipment visibility and tracking solution for the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain. **_Responsibilities_**
+ Assists with day-to-day execution of the product roadmap, focusing on improving Shipment Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) calculations, Late Route Notifications, and Electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD) adoption in the supply chain network.
+ Collaborates with Product Manager in the exploration of new / innovative technologies in the Shipment Visibility and Tracking marketplace.
+ Participates in daily Agile / SCRUM ceremonies owning documentation, recap notes, and communication to stakeholders.
+ Works cross functionally and collaborates with Customer Service, Transportation Operations, and Sales team members to research, define, and create user personas, business processes, and user journey maps.
+ Demonstrates an understanding of personas by organizing, comparing, translating, and training others.
+ Participates in product discovery efforts and leads smaller discovery sessions for enhancements and defects.
+ Owns a refined backlog of product backlog items (user stories, tasks) that are prioritized and ready for the next sprint cycle.
+ Uses analytics to lead backlog refinement, planning, and to measure progress against product strategy.
+ Responsible for the publishing and maintenance of product metrics dashboards and communications to stakeholders.

The Supply Chain Returns Supervisor will support and assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day activities in their assigned functional area. Responsible for safety, service, cost, quality, and most importantly their team while being consistent with business and customer service objectives. Performs related duties or as required.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of returned merchandise ensuring items are inspected for damage. Determine appropriate disposition (restock, refurbish, dispose) per company policy.
• Provides hands on leadership, directing and leading team members to achieve customer service and department objectives. Collaborate with other departments to optimize labor and merchandise flow.
• Train, coach, develop, and manage 10 to 40 team members in an assigned functional area in accordance with established procedures and schedules. Monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Partner with Customer Care, Inventory Control, and downstream customers to resolve discrepancies and improve the returns process.

• Keep activities on track; escalates any out-of-scope problems to the next level of leadership.

The Supply Chain Project Manager is responsible for driving strategic projects across the Supply Chain Network. The Project Manager will also support in-depth business reviews, present to senior management, and support initiatives with the Engineering, Fulfillment, Logistics, and Human Resources. The Project Manager must be able to work at the strategic level to drive ideas for growth, and at the tactical level analyzing data and solving problems. This position is under the Supply Chain Project Management Office.

Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities include:

• Responsible for project deliverables and framework
• Provides leadership to the project team
• Creates the Project Management Plan (Charter, Schedule Baseline, Cost Baseline, etc.)
• Identify stakeholders and document their requirements
• Identify, document, and mitigate project risks
• Responsible for the project timeline and managing the critical path
• Develop project communication plan
• Coordinates the change request process

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:

• Passion for working in a fast-paced project management environment
• Supply Chain experience required
• Relevant project management experience with proven track record of delivering successful supply chain projects
• Superior relationship building with cross-functional teams to deliver results through excellent partnership, communication and negotiating skills
• High level of attention to detail with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment to meet critical deadlines
• Highly motivated to be self-sufficient and able to operate without close supervision
• Bachelors degree or higher required
• PMP certification desired
