Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage HC requirements calculations to meet customer demand.
- Ensure supply chain team is following process that ensures a flawless material flow to deliver materials to the line.
- Solves issues across supply chain.
- Communicates with customer issues with demand plan, orders and requirements.
- Warehousing process optimization.
- People Development and Continuous Improvement.
- Coach coordinators and supervisors to ensure they focus on delivery and productivity.
- Team Development through trainings and cross function training.
- Ensure compliance with the procedures, instructions, and work regulations of the various management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 50001, SER, CCIE, CTPAT, OEA, applicable automotive requirements, and those registered by the company) according to the established manuals. Guarantee compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as quality, environmental, health, occupational safety, asset security, and information security standards (SER, EICC, CTPAT, OEA). Additionally, ensure that the personnel under your responsibility comply with all applicable policies in the performance of their duties.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate withlocal suppliers and vendors for raw materials and components.
