We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supply Chain Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role involves spearheading the implementation and ongoing support of our ERP system, with a specific focus on optimizing supply chain modules. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure system configurations align with business processes, manage user access, and maintain system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with supply chain staff across multiple locations to understand workflows, gather requirements, and configure supply chain modules within the ERP system.
- Engage with key users to expand knowledge across financial and operational modules of the ERP system.
- Coordinate EDI system activities including onboarding new customers, maintaining communication channels, and resolving issues.
- Post-implementation, ensure high end-user engagement, manage software updates, and maintain system functionality and user security.
- Support the production environment to ensure seamless system availability for all users.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, upgrade, and monitoring of the ERP system in various environments.
- Work with end users to ascertain reporting requirements and collaborate with developers on creating functional design documentation.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process and system improvements.
- High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain and warehouse management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to train teams and engage with all levels of management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Experience with ERP system implementations, EDI management, and Microsoft D365 is highly desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft's RSAT (Regression suite automation tool) and security tools is a plus.
- Microsoft Certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in batch tracing industries such as food, beverage, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals is preferred.

**Salary** : $95,500- $129,100; In this role, Sr. Operations Manager will be bonus eligible based on their performance and location performance. Sr. Operations Manager could earn up to 30% of their base for Max Performance.
**Major Responsibilities:**
**People:**
-Ensure that all supervisors understand how their work relates to the customers' business objectives, Interview and hire all associates up to supervisor level. Conduct exit interviews as needed, Build engagement by expressing pride in the group where the goals are met and recognize and reward associates for their achievements, Develop direct reports through training and succession planning.
**Operations:**
-Interact daily with our local customer to ensure we understand existing and emerging customer needs, Utilize team to identify operational improvements in areas such as route optimization, carrier selection, backhauls, trailer loading, inventory accuracy and warehouse operations, Collaborate with other Penske sites to share best practices, leverage resources/assets, etc.
**Finance:**
-Develop and execute annual financial and operating plan, Manage the operation with integrity to meet or exceed the Business Plan targets, Identifies issues with the operating metrics and P&L and responds accordingly, Ensure customer billings and associate payroll are prepared timely and accurately, the payables and intercompany charges are valid and correct, and all other activities are accurately reflected in the P&L.
**Safety:**
-Monitor and improve accident frequency, Ensure each associate understands their individual role and responsibilities, as well as the group's role and responsibilities required to achieve and maintain a safe work place, Proactively identify and correct unsafe conditions, work processes, and behaviors, Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and company policies and procedures.
**Growth / Customer Experience:**
-Execute a process to track and record value delivered to the customer, Identify and seize profitable business opportunities, Utilize available metrics to monitor and maximize customer efficiencies and achieve cost savings.
**Fleet/Assets:**
-Monitor and improve fleet/equipment utilization and fuel efficiency, Contribute to equipment specification at time of start-up and renewal, Build a strong working relationship with local PTL district and other equipment vendors.

**Qualifications:**
-5+years related logistics and supply chain experience required
-At least 3 years managerial or supervisory experience required
-High School degree or equivalent required
-Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred. Degree will be required for advancement to most positions.
-Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and Powerpoint required
-Strong written/oral communication and organizational skills are required
-Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

Penske Logistics is seeking a proven leader with relevant experience and skills to join our team of logistics professionals. We are seeking a candidate to provide leadership at one of our warehousing operations.
The Operations Supervisor provides direction at a single location, leading staff to ensure customer requirements are achieved while meeting our Penske goals and objectives.
In this role, Operations Supervisors will be bonus eligible based on their performance and location performance. Operations Supervisor could earn up to 12% of their base for Max Performance.
**Position Summary:**
Provide operational leadership to individual contributors and hourly workforce to ensure the execution of daily tasks and activities including, loading/unloading of trailers, cross-docking, and customer service operations in a manner consistent with company services and cost objectives. Supervise most processes directly including workforce and equipment scheduling. Responsible for making corrective action and disciplinary decisions up to written warning level. Involved in the hiring process and customer meetings as necessary.
**Shift** : The hours are Monday-Friday, 3:00 pm -11:00 pm. Leadership members are to be present 30 minutes prior to the start of shift and may have to work on off shift as needed. Flexibility required around the peak season, holiday, short staffed, and business needs.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Responsible for checking expiration dates, stock rotation and removal of excess inventory in managed inventory locations.
2. Orders, delivers and stocks supplies for assigned departments as scheduled, maintaining proper par levels and storage space on shelves. Accountable for reporting to supervision needed adjustments to inventory and par levels according to utilization.
3. Promotes teamwork and collaboration with co-workers, customers, and leadership to problem-solve and promote innovative solutions to provide the right product at the right time at the right place.
4. Processes and delivers supply and equipment requests. Uses good judgment in responding to requests for specific patient items and determines the best method and timing of delivery, i.e., routine vs. stat.
5. Unloads, inspects, and checks material and supplies arriving at the dock, noting special storage, or handling instructions. Maintains appropriate documentation for tracked items, i.e., tissue.
6. As directed, enters patient charges and orders/documents using appropriate vendor websites as applicable.
7. Collaborates with Purchasing and Accounts Payable to resolve receiving and invoice discrepancies.
8. Handles all facets of outbound shipments in a cost-effective manner, documenting applicable RGA and tracking information, while ensuring that all shipments are timely as required by our customer.
9. Demonstrates the supply chain supporting behaviors of accountability, collaboration, reliability, dedication, and integrity.
10. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Skills: Must have knowledge of Windows-based computer programs and the capacity for learning specialized software programs. Must be able to understand directions, communicate and respond to inquiries. Must have effective interpersonal, oral and/or written communication skills. Must be able to frequently, occasionally with assistance, move, lift, or carry very heavy materials and equipment.
License: Must maintain a good driving record to operate company vehicles as required by applicable business unit.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands: Operates a calculator, copy machine, scale, ladders, hand truck, knives, and dollies. Occasional exposure to all types of weather conditions.
