**Description:** As a member of the Lockheed Martin, Global Supply Chain, and as an individual contributor for the
Operations Engineer - Capacity & Rate Readiness (CRR)
Team, you will impact major complex procurements of different contract types and will have continued interaction with Lockheed Martin program management and Lockheed Martin, Global Supply Chain Management Leadership. You'll need to operate autonomously and have the business acumen for interaction with the strategic supplier leadership chains.
You will be part of the Global Supply Chain organization (GSC) on the Capacity and Rate Readiness (CRR) team within the Supplier Performance Management organization. The primary objective of this role is to Analyze program demand data versus supplier capacity to identify areas where additional supplier capacity assessments are needed and recommend actions. You'll support the CRR team to ensure that supplier capacity and rate readiness align for multiple programs. Distribute supply base capacity assessments and questionnaires, collect data, and organize it for communication to the team, leadership, and upload to demand control databases. Our data is used in business case and funding decisions for all lines of demand, production, sustainment, mods, and developmental.
Demonstrated ability to work with data-driven recommendations and project planning, you will analyze program demand data versus supplier capacity to identify and recommend where additional supplier capacity assessments are needed. The process may require you to engage with buyers and the suppliers. Support continuous improvement activities at suppliers to improve supplier capacity.
Collect and organize data that will be used to communicate status to the team and various levels of leadership and to upload the data to demand control databases. Prepare graphical output of data using Microsoft Excel to communicate team progress and status to management.
Good collaboration and teaming skills, have the ability to formulate effective data driven recommendations, and be able to integrate with cross functional teams to achieve results. May also have brief interactions with leadership on an intermittent basis. Cross-functional tasks within the Manufacturing Rate Readiness team along with Risk Mitigation duties. Complete other related duties and assignments including documenting standard work.
**Basic Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Experience in supply chain, production operations, or manufacturing
Experience in data management and simulation
Experience performing Capacity Assessments
Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically, advanced Excel
**Desired Skills:**
Experience using SCM data sources such as SAP, Supplier Intelligence Dashboard (SID), Procurement Dashboard, and EDSC tableau data tools
Experience in supply chain, production operations, or manufacturing

What You Will Do:
Configuration Management: Lead updates to configuration. Document requirements, update configuration, support testing, and promote configuration to upper environment. Update current contract types, templates, data attributes, and workflows to meet end user requirements, or build new ones. Coordinate enhancement requests into 2-week sprints and deliver consistent updates to the application. 30%
Release Management: Coordinate with stakeholders to manage Icertis release updates, impacts to configuration and process, knowledge sharing, and testing in preparation for new features and functionality. 10%
User Management: Create, provision, de-provision, and manage user accounts and groups. Assign roles and privileges to ensure appropriate access levels. Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of application-related problems. Act as liaison between Texas Health and Icertis technical customer support teams. 20%
Security Management: Configure and manage security settings, including creating security groups and assigning privileges based on contract types and user roles. 20%
Organization Management: Manage the organizational structure, including units and groups, to align with business needs. 10%
Data Management: Perform tasks such as managing master data tables, uploading legacy documents, deleting agreements, and syncing documents linked to agreements. 10%

You'll perform as a Lockheed Martin, Global Supply Chain Program Management - Subcontract Management, Senior Staff member.

Subcontract Program Managers are considered the first point of elevation within the Integrated Systems and Partnerships (IS&P) department of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Global Supply Chain (GSC). They lead a team of buyers responsible for a complex mission system subcontracted to a major defense contractor. Subcontract Program Managers also interface daily with various stakeholders (internal and external to LM), present to ELT, and lead a capable team of buyers. They are also responsible for monitoring supplier performance via KPIs, strategizing acquisitions, and coordinating long term program planning. This role is crucial to ensure a vital mission system is integrated by Lockheed Martin Aeronautics into a major platform on time.

Must demonstrate competency in supply chain management, program management and leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university
  • Experience as an Aeronautics and / or Defense Industry Buyer; DOD experience is preferred
  • Experience with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) or equivalent purchasing/ERP system, such as Procure to Pay - Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS)
  • Experience in TINA Negotiations
  • Experience in preparing Request for Proposal packages, evaluating supplier proposals, managing subcontracts and supplier relationships
  • 15+ years' experience in supply chain management, procurement or purchasing
  • Mentoring and training experience
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet program/customer needs
  • Experience working independently and in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where adapting to change quickly is essential; and great attention to detail
