Key job responsibilities

About the team
Amazon Robotics Sortable (ARS): ARSs are highly-productive FCs where the items are stored in AR Pods moved by robots to the associate's position, hence the associate does not need to walk to pick the product. The primary functions of an ARS is to receive the items, stow and then pick them from the robotic floor where they are stored and pack them to ship.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
- 6+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
- 4+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, or MBA
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL
- 5+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- 5+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience

**Basic Qualifications:**
*Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
*Experience with Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Distribution, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics or related field
*Willing to travel domestically up to 30%
**Desired Skills:**
*Responsible for multiple Build to Print (BTP) airframe suppliers
* Experience leading & managing Supplier Teams; to include cost, delivery, and performance
*Experience preparing bid packages and ensuring delivery of parts to the production line is accurate & timely
* Experience as a team lead or leader; will be considered a lead for the team and a peer reviewer, and mentor
