Mandarich Law Group LLP Process Improvement Specialist in Chicago, Illinois Process Improvement Specialist Department: Legal Administration Location: Chicago, IL The Process Improvement Specialist is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and improving business processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure that organizational goals are met effectively. This is a new role in Northern Trust to act as an on the ground active investigator for long-running or major data quality issues. This is a role that requires analysis as well as leading conversations with various teams in order to ensure collaboration and that fixes are completed.

Salary Range:

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Job Summary

Researches, analyzes, and recommends improvements to business processes that improve distribution center performance. Executes improvement initiatives that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced cost.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

• Drives the implementation and adoption of process innovations across the distribution network, including documenting and standardizing operating procedures and distribution processes.
