Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
  • Screen resumes, conduct screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and ensure smooth tracking of recruitment metrics.
  • Provide support to HR and hiring managers on employer branding and retention strategies.

Regular, predictable attendance is an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

Salary: $64,798.24 annually.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for support and administration of recruitment programs for assigned areas of business. Works in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders to strategically address workforce needs. Collaborates with leaders across the organization to support talent acquisition pipelines and staffing across designated lines of business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Assists in the development and implementation of recruitment material including posting employment information on key external and internal recruiting sites to help meet both compliance and distribution objectives. Administers the applicant tracking program to document recruitment and screening activities for relevant positions in accordance with Terry Reilly policies and applicable employment law. Tracks employee/student/volunteer participation in specified trainings in the current technologies as necessary. Supports other corporate leaders in the development of survey tools as needed to garner input from employees/students related to organizational needs.
