**Responsibilities:**
**Program Leadership:**
+ Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders, offering advice on technology and operational solutions.

+ Develop comprehensive project documentation, including charters, plans, and issue logs.
**Agile Transformation & Delivery:**

+ Coordinate with Product Managers and Tech Teams on functionality dependencies and pilot needs.
+ Define, document, and monitor operational readiness criteria for product launches and coordinate training development for internal teams
+ Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Verification Testing (PVT).
**Stakeholder Management & Risk:**
+ Identify and engage stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project scope and milestones.
+ Apply strong communication and diplomacy to influence internal stakeholders and colleagues.
+ Rigorously assess and escalate project and operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and safeguarding the firm's reputation
**Qualifications:**

Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
