We are looking for a self-starter to be a part of the US Technology Solution Readiness team. The Manager, Business Technical Analysis role will lead a group of Business Technical Analysts focused on gathering requirements, defining acceptance criteria, and assisting in the deployment of new technology solutions to our Restaurant and Consumer platforms. Maintaining an open channel with stakeholders to gather business requirements and transforming them into technology requirements is a key success factor for this role. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the transformation of McDonald's.
This role is based at our McDonald's Global Headquarters in Chicago, IL.
Duties
+ Assesses and defines impact on local market solutions.
+ Gather and write market specific requirements and acceptance criteria for new features.
+ Integrate and /or modify local market solutions where feasible to support innovation.
+ Rapidly validate integration with local market solutions to ensure successful testing.
+ Serve as market technology subject matter expert resource to global innovation teams.
+ Stakeholder management to influence our Digital and Engineering partners.
+ Identify and implement process efficiencies across systems and resources.
+ Review and prioritize defects impacting customers.
+ Serve as a point-person for questions and be able to dig deep into problems to help find a solution.
+ Work with operators and franchisees to identify enhancement opportunities
+ Understand and anticipate operations, crew, customer, and business needs.
+ Work closely with peer product managers across all channels and capabilities to prioritize initiatives, find opportunities for collaboration, and coordinate product development and delivery.
+ Guide quality testing and Pilot testing for new product releases and features.
Qualifications

**Overall Assignment Description:** To produce, per analyst on average, 36 weekly threat reports, eight monthly threat reports, three quarterly threat reports, and one annual threat study for their specific focus or area. **Duties may include :**
+ Support team members in completing forensics reports, CI Cyber Inquiries, and monthly, quarterly, and annual CI Cyber Threat reports. Support includes, but is not limited to, written and technical analysis that contributes to the understanding of a particular threat or situation.
+ Identify, analyze, define, and coordinate user, customer and stakeholder needs and translate them into technical requirements.
+ Detect anomalous activity through network data analysis.
+ Develop custom scripts/programs for automated cyber analytical tools.
+ Record best practices, lessons-learned, processes and procedures, and other pertinent quality topics in appropriate formats.
+ Evaluate Intrusion Detection, incident tickets, event and log analysis, security change tracking and other network security systems and devices.
+ Provide written reports based on findings.
+ Perform work without appreciable direction and exercising considerable latitude in the determination of technical objectives of assignments.
+ Participate in special projects as required.

Department Overview
The Senior Manager, Business Technical Analyst within the Technology group plays a strategic role in optimizing internal processes, improving operational efficiency, and enabling data-informed decision-making. This position partners closely with IT leaders, engineers, and multi-functional business teams to drive high-impact initiatives through process development, technical analysis, and data visualization using tools like Smartsheet and Power BI.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
+ Partner with IT collaborators to identify operational struggles, capture requirements, and design scalable solutions that align with technology goals.
+ Lead process development and optimization initiatives across the technology function, translating business needs into effective workflows.
+ Develop and maintain Smartsheet-based solutions including automated workflows, intake systems, and collaborative project trackers.

**Responsiblities**
Develop security plans and Protective Force orders for the Technical Analysis and Planning Division in support of the Safeguards and Security Senior Directorate, which include security incident response plans that provide for the protection of DOE assets, classified material, government property, and personnel of national security interest at the Nevada National Security Site. Ensure complex customer requirements are integrated into operational Protective Force (PF) plans, procedures and orders.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop security plans, ensuring they are developed in accordance with DOE Order requirements which include security incident response plans, protective force response plan, and project execution plans, that provide for the protection of DOE special nuclear material in storage/transit, classified material, government property, and personnel of national security interest at the Nevada National Security Sites.
+ Assist the Security Planning and Operations Supervisor in development of documents used to guide the development of the Site Security Plan, and response strategies, for routine operational security requirements based on new requirements, enhancements based on facility modification or expansion, and/or identified deficiencies.
+ Develop and maintain security strategies for Strategic Partnership Programs, as well as those reflected in emergency response plans (hazardous material spills, radiological accidents, fires, general evacuation) that address new requirements, correct identified vulnerabilities or deficiencies, and temporary protection requirements.
+ Take primary responsibility or assist in a secondary role with Lock and Key Control Officer duties and assists Security Operations with tasks, as needed.
+ Interface with NNSS contractor security personnel supporting required joint ventures such as the Technical Analysis when developing protection strategies (e.g., SIRPs, performance tests, etc.) and the planning phase of Strategic Partnership Programs. Planning encompasses development and implementation of responses to security incidents, attacks, hazardous material accidents, radiological accidents, fires, and other general emergencies.
+ Represent the Technical Analysis and Planning Division at meetings and consultations with customer representatives, governmental security agencies, etc.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in field related to the position or equivalent training and experience plus a minimum of 5 years of progressive related experience.
