ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Project Manager join team in Herndon, VA .
As the Technical Project Manager on our team, you will be part of a high-performing software development team supporting the planning and execution of full life-cycle solutions. You will provide project management and systems engineering for a development team supporting an enterprise application. Additionally, you will help to stand up a new Operations & Maintenance (O&M) hybrid team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, flexible and hands-on, demonstrating a willingness to fill project team needs as required to achieve customer mission.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Prepare briefings and present summaries about status at review board meetings.
Facilitate technical exchange meetings for stakeholders, as needed.
Engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure requirements are effectively defined and assessed.
Conduct programmatic analysis and provide strategic recommendations for activities or projects throughout the project lifecycle.
Analysis and monitoring of performance metrics of approved projects.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience or High School Diploma and 8+ years of experience
Experience as a software engineer, developer, tester or systems engineer or experience managing software development projects
Experience with the Agile development process
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years supporting customers and programs in the IC Community
Experience managing hybrid (remote and onsite) teams
Experience managing a software or applications development team
Experience serving as a Scrum Master
PMP or ITIL certification
Clearance Requirements:
Active/current TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

We are partnering with a fast-growing Private Equity-backed Managed IT Services Provider. An established MSP and Microsoft Partner, they are in the early stages of a high-growth journey to build and expand to a £50M turnover business!
This is an exciting time to join, as new roles like this Project Manager position are being created. There is also the opportunity to become Head of Project Management, establish PMO/Project Management services, and build a team as the company grows.
They require an experienced and adaptable Project Manager with experience managing projects from the outset, ensuring milestones and billing elements are met.
The role involves working with internal teams and clients from project kickoff to manage stakeholders, internal teams, and the project itself through to solutions and service deployment.
As a successful MSP serving SME (<300 users) and larger customers (up to 3000 users), you will manage high-profile technical projects end-to-end, including: Microsoft Cloud services, EUC/Desktop, M365, Azure, Security, Data Centre, and Networking.
You will offer best-in-class technology project management services across Managed and Professional IT services, with opportunities to influence project processes, templates, and documentation.
Projects may include.
- EUC/Desktop - Microsoft 365/MFA/Conditional Access/AVD
- Cloud Services - Azure / Private Cloud / Data Center
- Security (Microsoft Defender, Endpoint)
