Qualified candidates should have expertise in bleeding disorders or classical hematology or have the ability to get up to speed quickly. Strong candidates will have demonstrated the ability to inspire & influence, show leadership and collaboration skills, be strategic, and be able to thrive in a cross-functional matrixed organization. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Establish and foster effective partnerships with National and Regional Thought Leaders Develop advocacy among National and Regional TAEs to further advance RBD and brand priorities Ability to understand, integrate, and synthesize insights across customers, competitors, patient advocacy groups to shape strategic planning and customer impact Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Commercial leadership, customer engagement roles (field), marketing, medical network, compliance, and legal) to ensure a cohesive and compliant understanding of Therapeutic Area (TA) strategy, priorities, and needs Act with urgency to ensure our TAEs are educated on the most up-to-date data and messages for our brands and markets, and compliantly correcting any misperceptions Partner with medical team on TAE engagement, especially at conferences Compliantly manage fee-for-service activities pertaining to TAE activities (i.e. consulting agreements.etc.) Effectively influence customer perception and advocacy for current and future products, and leverages relationships with these customers appropriately to meet the needs of all GNE partners (brand marketing, field, medical, global) Actively participate on core Marketing and TLL sub-teams (e.g., advisory board planning/execution, insights, congresses, speaker training for HCP and patient conferences Work autonomously to make decisions and act, in close alignment with the full product value proposition and customer positioning Accountable for being fully knowledgeable of and compliant with all relevant company policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations that govern conduct of GNE activities Business travel, by air or car, is regularly required This is a field based position covering the greater Mid-Atlantic Region. Responsibilities:Responsible for patient care within an assigned department/unit and participates as a member of the health care team in cooperation with and under the direction of the clinical manager or designee as defined by the relevant Standards and Scope of Practice for the Registered Nurse. The RN Staff Nurse assesses, analyzes, plans, implements and evaluates patient care following established patient care standards for Legacy Health System including those for patient assessment and transfer.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilledRegistered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicatedChildren’s Cancer & Blood Disorders Program . This role is ideal for an experienced oncology nurse who is passionate about providing exceptional care to pediatric patients and their families. The RN will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, family-centered care in the outpatient setting of the Children’s Cancer & Blood Disorders and Peds Day Treatment Unit. These units operate Monday-Friday, day shift only with flexibility based on patient needs. Ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of nursing experience and one-year recent pediatric oncology experience and the availability to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week.
Qualifications:Education:
As required by licensure. BSN or degree in progress strongly preferred. BSN may be required for specific assignments; experienced RNs without a BSN may be hired based on clinical experience with approval of the site CNO.
Experience:
One-year registered nursing experience or completion of either the Legacy Health RN Residency program or a nursing program that is equivalent in content, curriculum and duration. Additional clinical experience requirements may vary dependent upon the specific department in which the position is utilized.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Demonstrated ability of positive interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues, patients, families, physicians and the community.
- Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.
- Current applicable state RN license required.
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers.

The Clinical Educator (CE) is a key field-based member of the US Rare Blood Disorders and Oncology Patient Services team. The CE provides disease and product information and on-going educational support, when appropriate, to ITP, aTTP and multiple myeloma patients and caregivers. The CE's on-going support entails serving as a resource for patients, providing ongoing education and answering questions about their condition, even if patients are not prescribed Sanofi medications.
The CE establishes and maintains a strong working relationship with relevant HCP staff to provide education to ensure comprehensive patient support and education. They are a subject matter expert on disease state, product administration and services.
The CE works collaboratively with cross-functional Sanofi team members to facilitate timely and on-going access to therapy
