+ Construct tight-tolerance, high-precision mold components as per design specifications and blueprints.
+ Study blueprints, sketches, and drawings to manufacture parts to print specifications.
+ Ensure fabricated parts are secured before machining, using clamps and vices.
+ Troubleshoot molds to find nonconformance and oversee repairs as needed.
+ Disassemble mold frames, perform maintenance, and reassemble without blueprints when necessary.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalency strongly preferred.
+ Mold Maker Apprenticeship in progress or completed.
+ Prior experience or education in injection molding or plastics industry is strongly desired.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Full-Time or Part-Time Schedules Available
