About this opportunity:
As a Technical Shift Supervisor, you will lead a team of troubleshoot and repair personnel of product failures for the EFA 5G Smart Factory your function to support volume production and NPI activities. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the repair and troubleshooting team. This role involves ensuring timely and efficient resolution of technical issues, maintaining high-quality repair standards, managing a team of technicians, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the repair processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks-paced environment.
What you will do:
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of repair technicians, ensuring they are skilled and up-to-date with the latest repair techniques while fostering a positive work environment and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Establish and modify processes to improve repair efficiency, reduce downtime, and increase team productivity, while implementing best practices, troubleshooting techniques, and new technologies.
- Delegate work responsibilities, conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and perform monthly one-on-ones to set yearly goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for team members.
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards through quality control checks, resolving any issues related to repair quality, and supporting product troubleshooting and repair efficiencies.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Transfer Product Introduction (TPI) initiatives to streamline operations and enhance team performance.
- Provide coaching and complete onboarding for new employees, ensuring they are integrated effectively into the team.
- Manage repair parts inventory, coordinating with internal teams to ensure necessary parts and tools are available and timely replenished.
The skills you bring:
- Associate's degree in a technical field or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) with 3-5 years of electronics manufacturing experience, including 1-2 years in supervisory roles.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience leading teams and supervising technical personnel in repair or troubleshooting roles.
- Strong technical knowledge in electronics, including the ability to troubleshoot to component level and read drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively handle complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in using repair tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair management software, along with knowledge of SW tools like Microsoft Excel and Word.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
A member of the Access Center team, the Problem Solving Specialist is able to offer problem-solving (also known as "Diversion" or "Rapid Resolution") services, which is a crisis response philosophy and approach focused on supporting youth experiencing a housing crisis to quickly identify and access alternative housing resources outside of the homeless crisis response system. By practicing active listening skills through creative conversations, the Problem Solving Specialist supports the youth in crisis to identify viable temporary or permanent housing resources within their own networks or resources, such as family or friends. In select cases and as a last resort, limited and one-time financial assistance can enhance an individual or family's success in rapidly connecting to alternative temporary or permanent housing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Utilize culturally-relevant active listening and motivational interviewing skills with participants to identify possible supports in their network that can assist them with temporary or permanent housing outside of the Youth Coordinated Entry System (YCES)
- Deliver both field- and place-based supportive services, as appropriate, to participants
- Acquire resources and make successful referrals, including follow-up to ensure the participant successfully accesses and initially retains housing
- Identify safety or health issues that may need to be considered during identification of housing
- Provide mediation between households and property owners/family/friends to assist in resolving housing crisis
- Partner with legal service providers to resolve housing crises
- Negotiate terms of agreements between participants and host as appropriate (e.g. actively seek employment, attend to medical/mental health/substance abuse issues, complete household chores weekly, etc.)
- Ensure services are documented (e.g. face to face, phone and collateral contacts) in all relevant databases in a timely and thorough manner
- Assist in budgeting with participants, and determine what level of minimal assistance is necessary to be successfully housed or have housing crisis resolved
- Facilitate access to YCES for participants, as appropriate, including the completion of the Initial Triage and Initial Assessment phases of system access and assessment
- For participants gaining entry into CES, provide a warm handoff to sustained case management services where possible, or provide initial case management for up to 60 days upon the participant gaining CES access
- Attend trainings and participate in regular technical assistance such as learning collaboratives
- Other duties as assigned to support the mission of the organization
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field is preferred , but not required.
- 1-2 years of experience in case management, counseling or related experience is required .
- 2+ years experience providing direct services to high-risk youth including counseling and advocacy is required .
- 1+ years' experience working in a drop-in center, access center, or access point is preferred .
- Knowledge and experience working with co-occurring populations (chronic health conditions, mental health and substance abuse) is preferred .

Manages the budget for county funding and incentive items.
Performs other duties as assigned.

THE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION DIVISION OF ENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED PROGRAM MANAGER TO PROVIDE HANDS-ON LEADERSHIP AND STRUCTURE TO A LARGE, COMPLEX PROJECT TRANSITIONING FROM A LARGE STATE AGENCYS LEGACY FINANCIAL SYSTEM TO THE STATES ERP SYSTEM (SCEIS). THIS PROJECT IS CURRENTLY BEING REBASELINED, AND THE CONTRACTOR WILL PLAY A CRITICAL ROLE IN GUIDING IT THROUGH IMPLEMENTING DISCIPLINED PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AND COLLABORATIVE STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT.
THE PROGRAM MANAGER WILL SUPPORT THE STATE AGENCYS TECHNOLOGY INTERESTS, ENSURING SUCCESSFUL EXECUTION, GREATER ACCOUNTABILITY, AND STRONG ALIGNMENT WITH PROJECT GOALS. **Your Key Responsibilities**
+ Structured problem solving expert / master trainer for eMobility in the Americas region.
+ Train, coach, and facilitate teams to increase the structured problem-solving capability, including customer and supplier involvement when necessary.
+ Resource for teams concerning multiple problem-solving techniques including RedX, Six Sigma, and Design for Six Sigma.
+ Incorporate statistical data analysis techniques to improve problem-solving efficiency.
+ Implement quality procedures, tools and methods in business processes and operations, for an organization or a function assigned.
+ Elaborate and update guidelines, methods and processes, and provide instructions to organizations for proper application.
+ Analyze, file and report on all quality-related information.
+ Maintain documentation needed for certification and carry out external Quality Management (QM) reporting for official authorities.
+ Collaborate with and provide advice to staff and management in QM-related topics and provide respective trainings.
**Your Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field.
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience.
+ Able to lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
+ Familiar with multiple problem-solving techniques such as Shainin, Six Sigma, and Design for Six Sigma.
+ Able to apply statistical data analysis techniques to improve successful outcomes.
+ Manufacuring process and product design experience.
