Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of commercial driving experience.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Valid CDL B license.
• Meets all state licensing and certification requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass a road test.
• Valid current DOT Health Card or ability to obtain one.
• Capability to hand-lift and utilize equipment to manage product cases weighing 10-90 pounds throughout the shift.

Position Purpose:
Our food delivery drivers play a vital role in the country's food supply chain. You will ensure that customers receive their products on time and in excellent condition while representing our company and building enduring relationships with our clients.

The Driver, Formula CDL-B is responsible for operating a tractor trailer or straight truck on local routes to deliver and unload food and related products in a safe and timely manner, adhering to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. You will communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and coworkers, ensuring accurate responses to inquiries. Additionally, you'll function as a team member, fulfilling various duties as needed to support the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all required safety checks (pre/post trip inspections) on vehicles, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations.
• Report any safety issues or repair needs promptly.
• Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safe driving policies; report hazards immediately.
• Conduct item count checks and verify invoices for loaded products.

• Meet all state licensing and certification requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
