Class A CDL Team Truck Drivers
Pay & Details
- Dedicated Teams - $187,200 - $07,700 Annually Per Team
- Out 12 Days, Off 2 Days
- Runs from TX, AR, MS to PA, OH, NY
- Occasional runs from TX/AR to KY, and KY to TX or PA
- Live loading and unloading required at times
- Lease Purchase Opportunities:
- Compensation - CPM: 1.30 - 1.40 / mi + FSC - Depending on Location
- Average age of equipment is 1 year and 2 months

Minimum Requirements
- Must have valid Class A CDL
- Must be 23 years of age or older (21 years if prior military)
- Minimum of 6 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 12 months or 12+ Months Experience in Last 2 Years
- Must meet FMCSA/DOT driver regulations
Transco Lines, Inc., founded in October 1984, is headquartered in beautiful Russellville, AR, conveniently located on I-40 between Little Rock and Fort Smith. Specific duties may include:
- Treating customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Conducting a safe work zone during each job site
- Adhering to assigned delivery schedule and following all job directives precisely
- Documenting every step of each delivery by taking and uploading photos with our camera phone system
- Completing a thorough load check on your truck before leaving the branch, ensuring that all delivery materials are firmly secured and all parts of your truck are in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Working in cooperation with the Delivery Material Handler to determine where to set the materials and unloading them
- Completing and filing all logs and required government paperwork in a precise and timely manner
- Providing the customer with an invoice on completion of each delivery and collecting the entire due amount on COD deliveries
- Responsibilities may include warehouse work, including loading and unloading of materials on to or off of trucks or into warehouse as assigned
- This position does not require over the road travel
- Valid CDL - Class A or B
- The ability to lift 75-100 pounds repeatedly (your most common cargo will be 70 pound bundles of shingles)
- Pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens are required
- Boom truck experience is preferred

Qualifications
To operate our company vehicles, you must have a minimum of a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with HAZMAT, tanker, and air brake endorsements as well as a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate allowing for operation in interstate commerce. Purpose:
Drives an automobile over established route to assist in delivering products by performing the following duties:
- Drives with wide-load truck in a company-provided automobile to deliver building materials to contractors and builders.
- Assists CDL or Non CDL Driver secure load on truck and unloading trailer at delivery site.
- Inspects, fuels, and cleans company vehicles daily; reports any damage or repairs needed.
- Secures vehicles, fuel cards and keys.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must have a current driver's license, provide a copy of a clean driving record, and proof of insurability.
- Ability to read and comprehend map, simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
