Overview:

Are you passionate about craft cocktails, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences? No Name Lounge is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, youll help shape the guest experience through skillful drink preparation, efficient service, and a welcoming presence behind the bar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down the bar each shift, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service.
• Requisition, stock, and rotate inventory, including garnishes, mixers, and perishables to ensure freshness and availability.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with accuracy and consistency.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of classic cocktails, house specialties, and seasonal drink trendswhile remaining open to learning new recipes.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and utilize POS systems to process orders and payments efficiently.
• Adhere to all liquor laws and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Deliver attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Work collaboratively with bar and restaurant staff to ensure seamless service and smooth operations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the standards of the Hilton brand.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and mixology techniques.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to providing world-class hospitality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol in Florida.

• Execute premium events at local properties, including the creation of site maps, customer logs, signage, and catering set-ups
• Hire, train, and manage part-time, game day staff for customer servicing
• Manage and motivate event staff including bellhops, gameday hosts, and security personnel
• Aid in facilitating weekly coordination meetings to align staff members and define game day operational priorities and expectations.
• Take charge of various operational processes, including quality control, inventory management, to ensure smooth and efficient event execution.
• Update and maintain customer logs to be shared with vendor or operations team for improved communication and service delivery.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with game day vendors, serving as the main point of contact for seamless collaboration and service delivery.
• Effectively problem solve before, during, and after events
