Job description
Drives truck and delivers such items as coffee products, break room supplies, soft drinks, bottled water, snacks, and paper products for Capitol Coffee Systems office coffee, vending, and micro market customers. The schedule for this position is Monday- Friday from 7 am- 4 pm.
Essential Duties
Put away and rotate all stock.
Drivers must keep and maintain a cleaning kit to perform daily cleaning of market equipment. Clean and maintain equipment. Troubleshoot and make minor equipment repairs if necessary.
Listens to and resolves delivery or service complaints, reporting all back to the manager.
Load truck for delivery.
When needed, pick and pack orders for delivery.
Become knowledgeable about company products and services.
Physical Requirements
Able to climb in and out of truck cab and box multiple times a day.
Be on your feet throughout the day in customer facilities.
Load and unload product with an average weight of 35 pounds.
Individuals will be required to frequently push/pull a hand cart with up to 200 pounds up to distances of 500 feet.
Be sober and with all faculties while on the job or in a company vehicle.
Alcohol and/or drug use is not permitted during business hours, while working as a Capitol Coffee representative, or in a company vehicle.
