**Job Description:**
UPS Healthcare is seeking an experienced Privacy Attorney to analyze, comprehend, and identify potential business risks and recommend and help implement risk mitigation strategies. Advises on Privacy policy and compliance for UPS Healthcare, which is an internal division of UPS which provides third-party logistics (3PL) services, small package transportation services, and well as specialized transportation services for cold chain and clinical trials customers. Advises on a wide range of privacy, data protection and data security matters, such as compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), international data transfers, data breaches, treatment and management of Protected Healthcare Information (PHI), and HIPAA compliance, and will develop and support a strategy for the UPS Healthcare division for information privacy and related data protection, including maintaining a coordinated framework to address privacy issues and concerns across multiple UPS subsidiaries which support the Healthcare division.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
+ Advising on all aspects of the GDPR, including drafting and reviewing data protection contracts, data protection policies, procedures and notices.
+ Assisting and managing privacy compliance framework projects and liaising with the UPS Global Privacy Office and UPS Public Affairs.
+ Assisting in management of Privacy Impact Assessments.
+ Negotiating and advising on Business Associate Agreements (BAA) and other related privacy and data protection agreements with customers and vendors.
+ Advising on data privacy and cyber security risk issues.

Position will require manually inserting wood parts into machinery for further processing. Also, offloading machined wood parts and various other duties involved in the manufacturing process of our product.
- Safety and housekeeping – Ensure a safe warehouse environment by keeping an organized work station, alerting supervisors of any concerns, and completing continuing education for safety and hazards. Review any complaints and notify the shift leader of on-going shipping or receiving issues. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Prior woodworking experience preferred, but not required
- Experience operating certain power equipment is a plus

General Summary:
The Warehouse Worker will perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Will also be driving Bucket Trucks and operating forklifts.
Preferred Job Skills:
Commercial Drivers License (CDL) or ability to obtain a CDL License
Able to maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
OSHA 10 Hour, CPR, and First Aid trained.
Able to maintain high levels of productivity, meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Must be an effective and professional communicator.

Responsibilities:
- Assists with shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
- Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards.
- Opens bales, crates and other containers.
- Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting of physical inventory.
- Prepares parcels for mailing.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweeps, dusts and mops. Organizes warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
- Wears the proper safety equipment.
- All other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical in order to operate a stake body delivery truck.
- License: Class A CDL preferred, required after 6 months of employment.
- Certification: OSHA 10 required within 30 days of hire.
- Education:High School Graduate/GED preferred.
- Experience: Forklift and warehouse work experience required.
Working Conditions:
- Job requires working in all weather elements; heat, cold, rain, or snow.
- Warehouse environment may or may not be climate controlled.
- Work from all types of ladders and be able to transport/relocate ladders unassisted.
- Employees personal weight with tools cannot exceed the rated weight capacity of ladders used.
- Perform work at various heights, up to 90 feet from ladders, scaffolds, aerial work platforms, cat walks and other safe work areas.
- May drive forklifts and utilize hand-trucks.
- Must wear all personal protective equipment as required
- Must be able to regularly work 40 hours per week plus overtime as required. Night shifts, weekends, and out-of-town work may be required.
Required Physical/Mental Functions:
- Positively identify colors of wire and other items as required.
- Must have the ability to safely use required power tools.
- Must be able to safely operate construction equipment (trencher, forklift, aerial work platforms, etc.).
- Capable of using of hand tools or power equipment.
- Comprehend and practice safe work procedures as outlined in Company Safety Handbook.
- Operate two handed tools as required. Cable cutters, hammer drills, compression tools, etc.
- Operate company truck with manual and automatic transmission.
- Must be able to drive at night safely.
- Read and interpret maps, instructional manuals, work site directions, and written instructions.
- Must hear and see well (either natural or with correction).
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull and reach overhead.
- Able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Tolerant to prolonged standing and movement on foot.
- Climb ladders (all types).
- Repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers.
- Must be able to make transition from employee parking area or street into construction work areas and to gain access to all levels of the building, even if the only means of access is by O.S.H.A. approved site construction ladder or stairs still under construction but acceptable for use.
- Must be able to secure tools and materials from storage areas to complete assigned tasks.
