- Assists with coordinating the review of vendors and associated agreements with applicable internal stakeholders including legal, compliance, finance, and technology.
- Works with internal control partners, such as legal, compliance, technology, finance, and information security/business continuity to ensure their engagement in the process and secure their necessary approvals, as required.
- Works with internal constituents to project manage and oversee the request for information (RFI)/ request for proposal (RFP) processes to support new vendor evaluations.
- Coordinates with vendors to secure necessary due diligence documentation for on-boarding review and approval.
- Supports ongoing governance of firm's third-party vendors including performance, quality of service, accurate invoicing and support.
- Escalates vendor performance and security risk issues to Head of Vendor Management and others as needed.
- Manages specific one-time projects from inception to completion.
- 2-4 years of experience in Vendor Management or Third-Party Risk Management
- Bachelor's degree is required

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $0,000 to 85,000. Vendor management is a key function for ensuring proper management of risk for any company as it relates to its vendors and ensuring the company can maintain its operations should a vendor no longer be able to render services (long or short term). At Enfin, we have various areas where Vendor Managers have limited oversight of their respective vendors. Enfin is now seeking a Manager, Vendor Management who will be part of the EnFin operations department to oversee the enterprise-wide program and properly administer the regulatory requirements.
This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ, with a potential in-office schedule set at the direct manager's discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Remote work may be considered for exceptional cases.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of 4-5 employees as well as champion the enterprise Vendor Management purpose throughout the organization; train and advise internal Vendor Managers on the vendor management processes.
- Conducting regular vendor service reviews including use of a clear vendor scorecard methodology.
- Partner and coordinate closely with internal stakeholder areas (IT, Operations, Compliance, Accounting).
