POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Box Office Manager is a member of the Patron Services team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Patron Experience. This collaborative, patron-focused individual is responsible for managing and executing the daily operations of the Box Office. The role includes managing ticket sales, handling memberships and subscriptions, and managing special events, including camps and educational programs. The Box Office Manager will work directly with patrons, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for all. The Box Office Manager is primarily responsible for coordinating show call shifts. The position requires flexibility to work a Wednesday - Sunday schedule, with a focus on evening and weekend shifts. These shifts will align with show calls for the theatre's performances, ensuring that the Box Office is fully prepared to handle ticketing for all shows, events, and patron inquiries. This position is highly interactive, requiring the Box Office Manager to be present in the office. The Box Office Manager must maintain a calm, focused demeanor while managing fast-paced, high-volume situations. WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, Wednesday - Sunday, with evening and weekend hours aligned with the theatre's show call schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Supervision & Training:
•Supervise and manage the Box Office staff, including Full Time Patron Services Coordinators and Part Time Associates, during all Box Office shifts.
•Coordinate and execute ongoing training for staff to ensure the highest standards of customer service.
Customer Service & Patron Experience:
•Directly handle customer inquiries and service issues, providing solutions for ticketing issues, complaints, and special requests.
•Execute and ensure prompt responses from the team to all window, phone, email, and voicemail inquiries, setting a high standard for customer satisfaction.
•Greet and assist patrons in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring all guests have a positive experience. Ticket Sales & Patron Services:
•Manage and execute ticket sales for all performances and activities, including both paid and complimentary tickets.
•Supervise and manage season subscriptions, including assisting the Season Ticket Concierge and Senior Manager of Patron Experience with seating subscription packages.
•Manage and execute the sale of memberships and handle all membership inquiries and renewals.
•Manage and supervise a team that coordinates ticketing for classes, camps, and workshops. Special Events & Access Programs:
•Manage and execute access programs, including Tickets for Teachers, veterans' programs, gift certificates, vouchers, and Library Passes.
•Work ticketing for educational events such as Toddler Takeover, one-day camp sales, and other community initiatives.
•Support calling campaigns related to ticket sales, membership renewals, and fundraising efforts.
Administrative Duties & Reporting:
•Maintain and manage Box Office supply inventory, ensuring supplies are kept up to date and ordering new supplies as necessary.
•Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Patron Experience to build and maintain staff scheduling.
•Participate in regular meetings with the Senior Manager of Patron Experience. (Box Office, Operations timeline, Marketing)
•Assist with Education Administrative shifts, supporting the coordination and ticketing for educational programming, events, and classes.
General Responsibilities:
•Work closely with the Senior Manager of Patron Experience to help shape the patron experience strategy and ensure the execution of that vision.
•Serve as a main point of contact for Box Office operations, ensuring alignment with marketing teams to meet patron needs.
Show Call Lead:
•Serve as the manager on duty during show calls, supervising and managing Box Office staff, including part-time associates and full-time coordinators.
•Coordinate and execute all show call responsibilities, including printing will-call tickets and seating books, and assisting with in-person ticket sales.
•Check in and communicate with Front of House manager prior to each performance to discuss patron needs.
•Monitor part-time Box Office staff during shifts and approve hours for payroll processing. •Troubleshoot and address patron issues, support ticket printer functionality, and assist with training staff on show call procedures and Tessitura software.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•High school diploma or equivalent required; a background in theatre, customer service, or performing arts preferred.
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Box Office or customer service management role, ideally in a performing arts or entertainment setting.
•Previous experience working with Tessitura or similar CRM and ticketing systems is strongly preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
•Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to interact effectively with patrons, staff, and leadership.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•High level of self-direction, self-motivation, and the ability to set priorities.
•Ability to solve problems calmly and professionally, especially in high-pressure situations. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
•Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during performances and special events.
•Occasional light lifting (up to 25 lbs.) and handling of materials such as ticket stock, supplies, and promotional items.
•The work environment is typically moderate in noise level, but may increase during peak times, events, or performances.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Security Operations Analyst with a strong background in identity and access management (IAM), particularly in Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Active Directory. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Okta capabilities including workflows for identity automation, access policies, application integrations, lifecycle management, and security features like MFA and adaptive authentication. You will play a critical role in enhancing our organization's identity security posture and ensuring secure, efficient access across systems.
In this Role, youll get to:

This position requires the ability to manage projects from the conceptual engineering phase through construction completion. Interaction with all Grifols' Departments, Vendors, and Contractors is critical for project success. The Sr. Engineer independently performs most assignments and provides direction for the project team to achieve facility project objectives and ensure resources are utilized efficiently. The position requires an understanding of project requirements to ensure projects are in compliance with cGMP design, applicable codes, and environmental laws, rules, and regulations.
Job Responsibilities:

Manage facility project design and construction by coordinating, reviewing, and administering the work of Architects, Engineers, Consultants, and Contractors.

Create cost management solutions for facility projects. Manage vendors, engineers, and consultants to ensure facility projects are completed on budget and per schedules.

Responsible for project management, project planning, budgeting, cost control, value engineering, and project cost analyses.

Review and evaluate bid proposals/estimates with procurement.

Manage facility projects and project planning efforts, including both new installations and upgrades to existing facilities.

Ensure projects are in compliance with local/state/federal codes and regulations, including OSHA, FDA, Fire, Building/Safety, etc.

Maintain communication between department management and all cross-functional teams.
